1-room apartment 66 m2 on 1st floor. Spacious and bright, cosy furnishings: open living/dining room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV, flat screen and radio. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen in the entrance (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates). Bath/bidet/WC. Floor heating. Balcony. Terrace furniture. View of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.


Piazzogna 19 km from Locarno: Modern, comfortable residence "Miralago (Utoring)", surrounded by trees and meadows. 4 houses in the residence. 39 apartments in the residence. Above Vira (3 km), in the district Gambarogno, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, along the wooded area, 3 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac, south-east facing position. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool angular heated (depth 170 - 170 cm, 01.04.-31.10.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture. In the complex: reception, lounge, WiFi, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Bread roll service. Motor access to the house the grounds. Parking. Grocery, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 50 m. Minigolf 4.5 km, walking paths from the house 100 m. Nearby attractions: Parco Botanico, Piazzogna 300 m, Mercato Luino IT, Mercato Ponte Tresa IT, Bellinzona Unesco-Mercato, Swissminiature, Melide, Schokomuseum, Caslano. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano, Lago di Como, Lago Orta. Hiking paths: Gambarogno, Indemini, Monte Tamaro und Splash and SPA, Rivera, Locarno - Ascona Cardada. ...what to expect in your holiday home?

Dear Holiday Guest,

As you travel you realise that things can be very different from country to country as well as from region to region. This is what makes travelling and holidays so interesting. Differences are also to be expected in holiday homes. The type and quality of furnishings, and the look of the property, are normally in line with local standards.
We can assure you, however, that the home you chose will meet the following minimum requirements, provided that nothing in the brochure is mentioned to suggest otherwise.


What should you expect to find in your holiday home?

  • Private living area, not for use by any other third party
  • Comfortable seating in the living area
  • Dining table with sufficient chairs
  • Cooking facilities with pots and pans (ovens and microwaves available only if mentioned in the description).
  • Fridge
  • Cutlery/crockery


 In Addition

  • Heating is available in properties that are available for rent in the winter. The cost of heating is included unless stated as an extra. In summer resorts, heating or heaters are only available when mentioned in the description and normally costs extra. No heating is available in Italy from approximately mid April to mid October.
  • TVs are only included where indicated in the description. They are usually colour. Black and white TVs are very rare but sometimes are provided and will be shown in the brochure description as «b/w».
  • Fireplaces are for use (unless «ornamental» is mentioned), though firewood normally costs extra, provided it is available, or can be bought locally.
  • “Double bedroom” = 2 separate beds pushed together or 2 single mattresses on a double base. “Room with double bed” = 1 bed for 2 people. Many homes have sofa beds (sometimes described as “double divan”) or pull out beds in the living room.
  • Holiday homes are not normally equipped with kettles and teapots. All homes have a fridge.


 Normal measurements for beds are:

  • Single bed: 190 x 80/90 cm
  • Double bed (1 mattress for 2 people) 190 x 140 cm
  • Double bedroom (2 mattresses) 190 x 80 cm each
  • Bunk beds are more suitable for children and can be quite small.




  • Parking is available when mentioned in the description and will be included in the rental, unless the brochure description says it will be «extra».
  • Public parking is not part of the rental agreement and we cannot guarantee this will always be available.



  • Facilities belonging to the holiday home or the residence, such as swimming pool, play area, tennis court etc. will be mentioned in the description and will be included in the rental unless stated as «extra» in the description.
  • Public facilities (swimming pools, tennis courts, restaurants etc.) are not part of the rental agreement and we cannot guarantee these will always be available, particularly in low season.



  • The pet symbol by a property indicates that 1 pet will be permitted. If you wish to take more than 1 pet, you must check with reservations first.


 Weekends and Shortbreaks

  • In low season periods we can book selected properties for short breaks (minimum 3 days) and long weekends. Call your nearest Interhome reservations office to discover which properties are available for less than a week in the resort or city you wish to visit for a few days.

Sehr schöne Ferienanlage. Hr.XXX sehr freundlich hilfsbereit. Das einzige was zu bemängeln war, ist die Suberkeit, auch die Bettwäsche und die Frottetücher sollten innert 14 Tagen einmal gewechselt werden. Meine Frau musste die Frottetücher selber Waschen!!! In den Küchenkästen waren zum teil Show more noch abgelaufene Lebensmittel von den Vorgängern!!! Die Kästen waren nicht sauber hatte noch Krümmel und Reiskörner auf den Tablars !!! Show less

Die Wohnung war und ist Top! Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, gepflegt und sauber. Eine tolle Couch, ein extrem weiches Bett...alles sauber und aufgeräumt! Die Aussicht war und ist phantastisch: direkt auf den See! Die Küche hatte alles was es braucht, sogar einen neuen Herd. Man sieht: es wird Show more etwas gemacht. Das Bad war sehr sauber und gepflegt, alles im guten Zustand. Das Design entspricht dem klassischen siebziger mediterranen Style. Es wirkt alles im Bad neuwertig. Fernseher vorhanden, aber bescheiden in der Programmauswahl! Urlaub eben, nur bei bescheiden. Parkplatz war vorhanden, etwas vom Haus entfernt, aber vom großzügigen Balkon aus gut einsehbar. Für uns ein Wermutstropfen: die Anlage liegt weit vom See entfernt, nicht zu Fuß erreichbar und es ist sehr, sehr, sehr ruhig gewesen! Dies ist aber unser Fehler und nicht der der Anlage! Es hat ein Restaurant in der Nähe, sehr freundlich. Zum Einkaufen haben wir nichts gefunden, sollte jedoch etwas haben! Einen Bäcker hat es in etwas weiteren Entfernung (zu Fuss erreichbar), danach ist man wach. Swimmingpool war sehr sauber und benutzbar! Kein Problem. Auch sehr gepflegt! Einen Abwart hat es auch gehabt, jeweils am Vormittag und am Nachmittag vor Ort, freundlich und zuvorkommend! Insgesamt : sehr ruhig gelegen, für Wanderer und Ruhe suchende Top! Ansonsten sehr ruhig.
