"Epilobes", 4-room chalet on 2 levels. Practical and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, cable TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Bath/WC, double hand-basin. Floor heating. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 open room, ceiling height 128 - 150 cm with 1 double bed. 1 room, ceiling height 135 - 160 cm with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room, ceiling height 128 - 150 cm with 2 beds. Large patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Marvellous view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Cosy, rustic chalet "Epilobes", 2 storeys, surrounded by trees and meadows. On the outskirts, 1.5 km from the centre of Zinal, in a quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. Private: natural state property. 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Grimentz 9 km, Sierre 10 km, Sion 42 km, Martigny 69 km. Please note: car recommended.

1'670 - 2'900 m a.s.l. >>Small, idyllic, family-friendly village, summer holiday resort and winter sports resort with 381 inhabitants, 28 km south from Sierre. In the resort: grocery, bakery, boutiques, post office, restaurant, bar. Hiking, indoor aquatic centre, sauna. Sights Moulin de St-Luc 12 km, Barrage de Moiry 17 km, Observatoire François-Xavier Bagnoud 18 km, Kids' club Happyland Sierre 34 km. Access: motorway A9, exit number 29 "Sierre-Est" 25 km from Zinal. Then Sierre - Vissoie - Zinal. Access via a winding mountain road. Railway station "Sierre" 28 km. Bus connection.

Summer

Tennis (2 outdoor courts 8 km), golf course 18 hole in Sierre 35 km. Minigolf 550 m. Paragliding. Cableways, 350 m, 420 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing. 150 km mountain bike routes. Children's playground.

Winter

Ski-region Zinal-Sorebois 350 m, total of 21 lifts. Cableways, gondola lifts, chair lifts, drag lifts, children's ski lifts. 48 ski runs, total length 115 km (21 % easy, 44 % intermediate, 35 % difficult), snowboard slope, snow park. Ski school, snowboard school, children's ski school. Cross country ski tracks (1.5 km illuminated), winter walking paths. Toboggan runs. Natural ice rink, artificial ice rink at 11 km. Further ski-regions: St-Luc at 14 km, Vercorin at 30 km, Crans-Montana at 40 km. In Winter: please take snow chains.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement, le calme de sa situation et la vue sur la vallée. Un chalet Chaleur avec de nombreux équipements de cuisine déjà présents (raclette, fondue…). Location basée sur la confiance lors de la remise des clés et au départ.

escalier périlleux, car on manque de place pour se tenir correctement pour monter et descendre. Une poutre se situant au milieu du passage au 1er étage et une en haut au même endroit (cela constitue un obstacle a tenir compte,..., sauf pour des gens de moins d'1m30). Les chambres sont peu lumineuses, il manque de fenêtre, ou au moins agrandir celle de la chambre qui contient de nombreux objets Egyptiens. Cuisine par contre bien agencé et agréableet assez fournit

Lage wunderbar. Häuschen ist überstellt mit Deko, Bilder, Bücher, alte Sachen. War unbefriedigend sauber.

Eine Monat weg von der Zivilisation, das geht perfekt hier! Wir haben eine Hütte gesucht und gefunden. Mitten in der Natur und trotzdem alle Möglichkeiten um weiter zu arbeiten. Natürlich in der Freizeit perfekt um die Natur aktiv oder passiv im Garten zu erleben. Auf diese Art und Weise für 2 Personen sehr gut! Mit mehr Leute möchte ich dies nicht machen. Alle Räume sind offen und niedrig. Für uns war es eine schöne Zeit.

Heerlijk veel privacy, mooi uitzicht op de bergen. Fijne plek om te zitten voor het huisje, met een boomstam-waterbron waar veel vogels en een eekhoorntje kwamen drinken. In het slaapgedeelte (onder schuin dak) kan niet rechtop worden gestaan, en onze matras was vrij hard. Voor kleine kinderen niet ideaal: gevaar van vallen/wenteltrap. Ook is het geheel eigenlijk 1 grote ruimte (geen deur slaapkamer).Maar verder een fantastisch huis, zeer vriendelijke eigenaar en sleutelbeheerder.Heerlijke plek!

Ce chalet avec rocher intérieur datant de son usage passé en tant que "tzigière" (mayen) possède une âme: on s'y sent accueilli d'emblée. Il est très confortable (hauteur des plafonds à l'étage : plutôt basse, il est nécessaire de se baisser, et l'escalier à vis est à parcourir avec précaution pour les personnes qui auraient un peu de mal)

Les Epilobes ist um einen Findling gebaut, was es sehr speziell macht. Der Aussenplatz mit dem Cheminee und der Dekoration hat uns besonders gefallen. Man ist etwas abseits und hat keine direkten Nachbarn, was sehr viel Freiraum in der Natur gibt.
