Exit to the balcony, north facing position. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 190 cm), bathroom. Exit to the balcony, south facing position. Open gallery. Shower/WC. Balcony 20 m2, south facing position balcony 15 m2, north facing position. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (3). Marvellous view of the lake, the mountains and the resort. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Small, comfortable apartment house "La Colline", surrounded by trees. In the resort, 250 m from the centre, in an elevated position on top of a hill, 20 m from the edge of the forest, 250 m from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: WiFi, storage room for skis. Steep, narrow motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house, public parking 900 m. Shop 300 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 600 m, bus stop 600 m, outdoor swimming pool 800 m. Tennis 400 m, slopes 900 m, ski school 400 m, ski-kindergarten 500 m, sled run 900 m, ice rink 700 m, children's playground 600 m, fishing possibilities 300 m.

1'500 - 2'200 m a.s.l. >>Small, quiet, family-friendly summer holiday resort and winter sports resort on the lake, situated at the foot of a mountain, in an idyllic position with beautiful view, 9 km west from Orsières, 20 km south from Martigny, 29 km from Verbier. In the resort: grocery, butchery, bakery, post office, restaurant, bar, disco. Hiking. More possibilities for shopping 9 km. Access: motorway A1 Genève Lausanne - A9 Lausanne Sierre, exit number 22 "Grand St. Bernard". Access by train Martigny - Orsières - Orsières- Champex - En bus. Village surrounded by a pretty Alpine lake. It is located between the Grand St Bernard and the Mont Blanc massif.

Bathing lake, 1 km long. Outdoor swimming pool. Rowing. Tennis (2 outdoor courts). Fishing (permit required). Beach volleybally court. Hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours. 36 km mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground. Alpine garden. Old Swiss army fort.

Winter

Ski-region La Breya, total of 4 lifts. 2 chair lifts, 2 drag lifts. Total 25 km ski runs. Ski school, children's ski school. 12 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths. Natural ice rink, artificial ice rink. Further ski-regions: Verbier at 29 km. Highly recommended: winter tires and snow chains. Pass ST. Bernard: Reserve your day passes before your arrival at our office for the price of CHF 29 instead of CHF 43.

Wir hatten wieder eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und wir lieben den offenen Kamin. Auch unser Hund fühlt sich wohl und es ist toll, dass man Hunde mitnehmen darf. Balkon mit Aussicht auf den See und vor allem sonnige Lage.

Grosses Appartment mit Top Aussicht, toller Grundriss und gute Zimmer- und Bäderaufteilung auch mit grösserer Familie. Einige Investitionen sind nötig: Duschköpfe und verstellbare Duschstangen, neue Matratzen im grossen Kinderzimmer, grösseren Kühlschrank. Das Balkongeländer ist nicht mehr sicher und es gibt keine Info vor Ferienantritt, absolutes No Go! ... Ansonsten alles wunderbar und wir würden die Fewo bei Renovation wieder mieten.

Logement spacieux, et confortable. Quelques mise a jour dans une salle d'eau commune de l'étage.(lavabo fissuré, bac de douche écaillé et joints a refaire.

Très spacieux appartement bien placé dans le village. La vue sur le lac est magnifique, les terrasses des deux étages spacieuses. La cheminée marche merveilleusement bien et bonne surprise la cuisine est plutôt bien équipée pour un appartement en location. Bémol sur la taille du frigo, insuffisant pour un appartement de cette taille.

Schönes Appartement mit tollen Ausblick auf den See. Sonnige Lage und sehr bequeme Liegestühle um auf dem Balkon die Sonne zu geniessen. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, dass auch unser Hund willkommen war und werden gerne im nächsten Januar wieder kommen. Alles war sehr sauber und das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet. Die Küchenausstattung ist ebenfalls gut aber wir fanden es etwas Schade, dass es kein einheitliches Geschirr gibt.

Grosse Maisonette-Wohnung, schön eingerichtet. Wände und Treppe könnten allerdings eine Auffrischung gebrauchen. Bei den bequemen Sesseln auf der Gallerie wäre eine zusätzliche hellere Lampe zum Lesen gut.
