"Parc C013", 2-room apartment 60 m2, on the upper ground floor. Practical and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 large room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher). Shower/WC. Small balcony. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 5 (roofed) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Beautiful apartment block "Parc", surrounded by trees. In the centre of la station, 30 m from the edge of the forest, 100 m from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to 50 m from the house. (10 steps). Public parking 850 m. Shop 200 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 350 m, bus stop 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Tennis 300 m, cable car 850 m, ski school 300 m, ski-kindergarten 350 m, ice rink 800 m, children's playground 600 m, fishing possibilities.

1'500 - 2'200 m a.s.l. >>Small, quiet, family-friendly summer holiday resort and winter sports resort on the lake, situated at the foot of a mountain, in an idyllic position with beautiful view, 9 km west from Orsières, 20 km south from Martigny, 29 km from Verbier. In the resort: grocery, butchery, bakery, post office, restaurant, bar, disco. Hiking. More possibilities for shopping 9 km. Access: motorway A1 Genève Lausanne - A9 Lausanne Sierre, exit number 22 "Grand St. Bernard". Access by train Martigny - Orsières - Orsières- Champex - En bus. Village surrounded by a pretty Alpine lake. It is located between the Grand St Bernard and the Mont Blanc massif.

Bathing lake, 1 km long. Outdoor swimming pool. Rowing. Tennis (2 outdoor courts). Fishing (permit required). Beach volleybally court. Hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours. 36 km mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground. Alpine garden. Old Swiss army fort.

Winter

Ski-region La Breya, total of 4 lifts. 2 chair lifts, 2 drag lifts. Total 25 km ski runs. Ski school, children's ski school. 12 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths. Natural ice rink, artificial ice rink. Further ski-regions: Verbier at 29 km. Highly recommended: winter tires and snow chains. Pass ST. Bernard: Reserve your day passes before your arrival at our office for the price of CHF 29 instead of CHF 43.

Wir haben die Woche genossen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, hell, an perfekter Lage, die Betten perfekt ebenso wie der Balkon den unsere Katze sehr geschätzt hat. Die Dusche ist etwas unglücklich gelungen aber so ist das Bad immer sauber! Das Geschirr und Besteck ist im Ueberfluss vorhanden, war aber leider nicht sauber . Auch den Kühlschrank mussten wir erst abtauen und reinigen. Ansonsten wirklich schön.

Er lag nog hondenhaar in de leefruimte; het eetservies was niet proper: alles wat we wilden gebruiken van het eetservice hebben we eerst gewassen. Er was te weinig ruimte voor onze persoonlijke bagage (op een kleine ladenkast in de slaapkamer na). We huurden reeds vaak een woning van Interhome, maar dit hebben we nog nooit meegemaakt. Onder het TV-meubel lag allerlei papier, gaande van kaarten tot private papiertjes, folders, ... kriskras. Dit was de hoge huursom van 2.000€ niet waardig!

Die Einrichtung im Wohnzimmer ist etwas altmodisch, auch Bad. Zudem: - Föhn kann man nicht einstecken. - Balkon war nicht gewischt und voller Blätter und Grünzeug - Geschirr und Pfannen nicht sauber - kann auch sein, dass der Geschirr- spüler nicht gut funktioniert. Die Lage ist gut, grosser Balkon.

Tout est simple et bien expliqué !!! Du moment où j’ai choisi le chalet sur internet jusqu’au plan avec photos pour accéder à l’appart !!! Tout est pensé pour nous ,pour se laisser porter et apprécier le séjour. Le chalet est nickel à l’arrivée avec tous les services et commodités prévus et répertoriés !! Vraiment ravie du service et du haut niveau de qualité pour un prix qui est vraiment raisonnable !!!!
