Bath/WC, shower/WC. Large balcony 15 m2, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, communal covered parking. Dimension: height 210 cm. Shop 250 m, supermarket 300 m, restaurant 250 m, bakery 300 m, bus stop "Primeroses" 250 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 700 m, bathing lake "Moubra" 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, tennis 1 km, skisport facilities 500 m, cross country ski track 1 km, ice rink 500 m, children's playground 600 m. Nearby attractions: Casino 400 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Grenon 700 m, Etang Long 1.7 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Ski bus (free of charge).

Chalet idéalement placé à 5 petites minutes à pieds du centre de la station et magnifiquement entretenu ! Appartement avec toutes les commodités que l'on peut attendre (four, micro-ondes, frigo, lave-vaisselle...), une vue juste au top et un calme ambiant appréciable. De plus, un garage souterrain est également à disposition pour y laisser votre voiture avec possibilité d'accéder aux étages par un ascenseur ! TOP

Die Wohnung liegt ideal fĂ¼r AusflĂ¼ge in der Region. Sie ist komfortabel eingerichtet und verfĂ¼gt Ă¼ber einen Balkon mit einer tollen Aussicht. Mit etwas GlĂ¼ck sind frĂ¼hmorgens Rehe im Rasen vor dem Haus zu beobachten.
