Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower, sep. WC. Balcony 12 m2, south facing position and west facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains, the valley, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Child friendly, cosy, comfortable apartment house 1'600 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, built in 1969, renovated in 2000. In the resort, 250 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, 500 m from the skiing area. For shared use: property, garden, lawn for sunbathing. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Motor access to 250 m from the house (mountain road). 4x4 car recommended in winter. 250 m footpath to the house. Public car park, public parking 250 m extra. Shop, grocery 250 m, supermarket, restaurant 200 m, bakery 250 m, bus stop "Grächen Post" 500 m, indoor swimming pool 500 m. 1'620 - 2'860 m a.s.l. >>Well-known, family-friendly, car-free holiday resort with 1'300 inhabitants, on a plateau, in an idyllic position with beautiful view, 24 km south from Visp. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre at 8 km. Access: road Visp - St.Niklaus - Grächen. Access via a mountain road. Access by train Visp - Zermatt. Railway station "St.Niklaus" 8 km. Sports centre with tennis, volleyball, basketball, badminton, climbing wall and table tennis.

Summer

Tennis. Minigolf. Fitness course. 250 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes. Children's playground. "Kneipp" garden on lake Graechner. "Robis" children's playground with roundabout, swings, Indian village, tree houses, giant slide etc. Ravensburger play path.

Winter

Ski-region Grächen. 2 cable cabins, 3 chair lifts, 8 drag lifts. 13 ski runs, total length 42 km (16 % easy, 78 % intermediate, 6 % difficult), halfpipe. Ski school, children's ski school. 6 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths 25 km. 1 toboggan run (long 3 km). Natural ice rink, curling, indoor tennis centre. Further ski-regions: Zermatt at 25 km, Saas Fee at 30 km.

Im Grossen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden. FĂ¼r 6 Erwachsene allerdings nicht so gut geeignet, da ein Zimmer sehr klein ist. Das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem die StĂ¼hle.

Die Wohnung ist gemĂ¼tlich. Das kleinste Zimmer ist fĂ¼r 2 Erwachsene jedoch nicht so gut geeignet. Das Bad und die separate Toilette sind sehr klein. Bei 6 Erwachsenen eine logistische Herausforderung. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmässig, allerdings sollten mind. 3 der 6 StĂ¼hle ausgetauscht werden. Die Steckverbingungen halten zum Teil nicht mehr. Wenn man gemĂ¼tlich auf dem Stuhl sitzt und an die Lehne anliegt, kracht der Stuhl.

Alleen jammer dat er de laatste dagen mensen boven ons zaten die om 5 uur s'ochtends op stap gingen met veel lawaai!

Proprietaire charmant. Appartement tres propre et tres bien equipe. Population locale accueillante. Vue sur les 4000 magnifique. Beaucoup d occasions de realiser des promenades en montagne. Le gornergrat et le petit Cervin a ne pas manquer Je recommande vivement ce chalet! C. et sa famille.
