Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso), raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)) with dining table. Shower/WC. Patio 50 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Partial view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Double room with washbasin is outside the apartment. Access in the corridor next to the apartment door.

Cosy, rustic chalet "Fortuna", 1'650 m a.s.l., 3 storeys. On the outskirts, 700 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, 700 m from the skiing area. For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to 700 m from the house. 700 m footpath to the house. Public parking 700 m. Shop, grocery 700 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 700 m, indoor swimming pool 100 m. Tennis 600 m, ski lift, gondola lift, skisport facilities, slopes, ski school, sled run 700 m, ice rink, children's playground 500 m. Please note: car-free holiday complex. Luggage can be transported (extra) by electric taxi from the village square / parking garage (extra) to the house.

Location Description Grächen

1'620 - 2'860 m a.s.l. >>Well-known, family-friendly, car-free holiday resort with 1'300 inhabitants, on a plateau, in an idyllic position with beautiful view, 24 km south from Visp. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre at 8 km. Access: road Visp - St.Niklaus - Grächen. Access via a mountain road. Access by train Visp - Zermatt. Railway station "St.Niklaus" 8 km. Sports centre with tennis, volleyball, basketball, badminton, climbing wall and table tennis.

Summer

Tennis. Minigolf. Fitness course. 250 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes. Children's playground. "Kneipp" garden on lake Graechner. "Robis" children's playground with roundabout, swings, Indian village, tree houses, giant slide etc. Ravensburger play path.

Winter

Ski-region Grächen. 2 cable cabins, 3 chair lifts, 8 drag lifts. 13 ski runs, total length 42 km (16 % easy, 78 % intermediate, 6 % difficult), halfpipe. Ski school, children's ski school. 6 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths 25 km. 1 toboggan run (long 3 km). Natural ice rink, curling, indoor tennis centre. Further ski-regions: Zermatt at 25 km, Saas Fee at 30 km.

Leider wurde im 2023 ein Haus direkt vor die Ferienwohnung gebaut, welches einerseits die Aussicht auf die schönen Berge versperrt, andererseits die Spielwiese deutlich verkleinert. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 7min Gehzeit vom Dorfzentrum. Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Die Wohnung verfĂ¼gt Ă¼ber die meisten Sachen (GewĂ¼rze etc.).

Grächen es un gran pueblo, ya que tiene todo lo que necesitas para poder disfrutar de todo Suiza. El Ăºnico incoveniente que le hemos visto es que esta en lo alto del pueblo y era incĂ³modo llegar hasta alli todos los dias, sobre todo el primero con las maletas. Podian poner un coche elĂ©ctrico para sobre todo el primer dia. La dueña estuvo pendiente nuestra en todo momento y se portĂ³ genial. Preis-Leistung und Ausstattung Gut. Ruhige Lage. Gutes WLAN. Die Informationen auf booking.com sind völlig ungenĂ¼gend. Mind. folgende Infos fehlen: - Haus befindet sich in Autofreier Zone. - Informationen zu Parkiermöglichkeiten, Kosten, Gepäcktransport, Ski-Depots usw wĂ¼rden die Ankunft stressfreier gestalten. - SchlĂ¼sselhalter war nicht erreichbar. Wohnung mussten wir aufgrund von Photos identifizieren - zweites Zimmer nicht in Whg integriert (fĂ¼r Fam mit kleinen Kids ungeeignet)

Sehr schön Pro: Fast alles Contra: Es wurde nicht erwähnt, dass ein Zimmer auf dem Gang ist, also nicht in der Wohnung integriert. FĂ¼r uns kein Problem, da die Kinder 11 und 14 Jahre alt sind.\nKein Schrank in der KĂ¼che um Esswaren zu verstauen.

Eine wunderschöne saubere Wohnung die den Urlaub super aufrundet. Pro: Die Lage. Die wunderbare Aussicht aus jedem Zimmer. Der grosszĂ¼gige Sitzplatz. Die KĂ¼chengeräte und KĂ¼che selbst. Contra: Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist im gleichen Geschoss aber ausserhalb der Wohnung und leider in der Beschreibung und auf den Bilder nicht ersichtlich.

Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour très agrĂ©able dans ce chalet situĂ© un peu Ă  l'Ă©cart du village, et avec une vue magnifique, l'appartement est très spacieux et plutĂ´t bien Ă©quipĂ©. Notre seul regret est une des chambres sĂ©parĂ©e de l'appartement par un couloir accessible par tout les autres locataires du chalet, et nous avons regrettĂ© le manque de matĂ©riel de base dans la cuisine, ,ainsi que les poĂªles en très mauvais Ă©tat.
