5-room chalet 92 m2 on 4 levels. Partly renovated in 2023, rustic and cosy furnishings: 1 room 7 m2 with 2 beds. Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room 11 m2 with 2 beds and hand-basin. Exit to the garden. 1 room 7 m2 with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Upper floor: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the balcony, south-west facing position. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). 2nd upper floor: 1 room 8 m2, with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Balcony, small patio. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, box-room. Beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. There is also a little nursery with cot, changing table, high chair and 2 children's chairs up to 10 years on the 2nd floor.

Rustic chalet "Rietsli", 1'600 m a.s.l.. On the outskirts, 500 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 500 m from the skiing area. Private: garden. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to 1 km from the house. 1 km footpath to the house. Public car park at 1 km. Shop, grocery, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 500 m. Ski lift 500 m, gondola lift, skisport facilities, ski school, sled run, ice rink, children's playground 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zermatt 25 km, Saas Fee 30 km. Please note: car-free holiday complex. Luggage transport (extra) via an electro taxi from the village square/garage (extra) to the house available.

1'620 - 2'860 m a.s.l. >>Well-known, family-friendly, car-free holiday resort with 1'300 inhabitants, on a plateau, in an idyllic position with beautiful view, 24 km south from Visp. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre at 8 km. Access: road Visp - St.Niklaus - Grächen. Access via a mountain road. Access by train Visp - Zermatt. Railway station "St.Niklaus" 8 km. Sports centre with tennis, volleyball, basketball, badminton, climbing wall and table tennis.

Summer

Tennis. Minigolf. Fitness course. 250 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes. Children's playground. "Kneipp" garden on lake Graechner. "Robis" children's playground with roundabout, swings, Indian village, tree houses, giant slide etc. Ravensburger play path.

Winter

Ski-region Grächen. 2 cable cabins, 3 chair lifts, 8 drag lifts. 13 ski runs, total length 42 km (16 % easy, 78 % intermediate, 6 % difficult), halfpipe. Ski school, children's ski school. 6 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths 25 km. 1 toboggan run (long 3 km). Natural ice rink, curling, indoor tennis centre. Further ski-regions: Zermatt at 25 km, Saas Fee at 30 km.

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Von der Terrasse und 3 Zimmern aus Ausblick auf das Weisshorn und andere Berge zu haben, war wunderbar.

Grand chalet bien entretenu avec tout le nécessaire pour un prix correct. Accès difficile mais c'est un peu le jeu de la station. Magnifique station. Voyage avec grands parents oncle tante et enfants de moins de 3 ans

Zu viele alte pfannen und Kaffekannen die verstaubt sind sind ihn den schäften gelagert . Die Wohnung wahr staubig.

Wir möchten Ihnen mitteilen, dass die Küche und das Badezimmer im November 2023 komplett renoviert wurden. Wir freuen uns auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen. .

Lekkere ruime vrijstaande woning. Wel enigszins gedateerd en sommige dingen kunnen wat onderhoud gebruiken. Leuk en speels zijn de kamers verspreid over de verdiepingen van de woning. Heerlijke vakantie gehad en onze twee kinderen konden verstoppertje doen in het huis. Groot balkon en ook een tuintje (die helaas niet echt wordt onderhouden). Lekker gewandeld in de omgeving. Wifi alleen betaald. Prima vakantie gehad.

Výborné ubytovanie cca 10 minút od centra. Celá chata k dispozicii s vybavením. Zišli by sa tvrdšie matrace, wifi a práčka. Inak nie je vo vytknúť. Dakujeme

das haus selber sehr schön aber im haus staub.geschirr zum teil dreckig,wir musten zuerst staubsaugen und alles geschirr nachwaschen ,wir sind sauer so was haben wir noch nie erlebt wen wir was in grächen waren.schad weil das haus würden wir sonst jeder zeit wieder nehmen.

Fijn huis met prachtig uitzicht. Prima uitvalsbasis om het Mattertal te ontdekken en om stukken van de Höhenweg te lopen naar Saas Fee en Zermatt. Minpunt is dat er geen fatsoenlijk bagagekarretje is voor de toch wel aanzienlijke afstand tot de parkeerplaatsen. Je kan alleen betaald parkeren (minimaal 7 CHF per dag).
