Simple and cosy furnishings: living/dining room, ceiling height 170 - 200 cm with cable TV (flat screen), radio. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm). 1 room with 1 bed. Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle). Shower/WC. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

House/Residence

Cosy, historical apartment house "Poschthüs Biel", 1'300 m a.s.l., built in 1778. In the resort, in a sunny position, 3 km from the skiing area, on a main road. For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. In the house: massage (extra). Storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Motor access to the house. Public parking 20 m. Restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Biel, Dorfplatz" 200 m, railway station "Biel (Goms)" 200 m. Golf course (9 hole) 12 km, ski lift 3 km, slopes 3 km, ski school 3 km, sled run 3 km, cross country ski track 300 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Additional accommodations can be booked.

1'300 m a.s.l. >>Idyllic holiday village, in a valley, in the countryside, 10 km north-east from Fiesch. All shops, restaurants etc. in Fiesch, 10 km. Access: motorway A9 Sion - Brig 28 km from Grafschaft. Then Brig - Münster. Access by train Brig - Oberwald. Railway station "Biel (Goms)" 1 km.

Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes. Children's playground.

Winter

Ski-region Aletsch Arena 10 km, total of 37 lifts. Cableways, gondola lifts, chair lifts, drag lifts, children's ski lifts. Total 104 km ski runs, snowboard slope, snow park. Ski school, snowboard school. Cross country ski tracks, winter walking paths. Toboggan runs.

Grosszügige, einfache und gemütliche Wohnung in einem historischen Gebäude. Gut eingerichtete Küche. Herzlicher und unkomplizierter Kontakt zur Vermieterin die im gleichen Haus wohnt. Gute Ausgangslage zum Langlaufen.

Cet appartement offre un bel espace au coeur du village historique, à 5 minutes des pistes de ski de fond. Cuisine bien équipée (mais pas de lave-vaisselle), propreté irréprochable. Accueil sympathique. Environ 25 marches d'escalier pour accéder à l'appartement.
