Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, kettle, freezer, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Balcony, large terrace, large garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking, garage at the house, height 195 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Private: property 1'380 m2, large, well-kept garden, lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis, boules. 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house, single garage. Grocery 2.8 km, restaurant 2.8 km, 30 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 500 m, indoor swimming pool 2.8 km, thermal baths "Les Bains de Saillon" 15 km. Walking paths from the house 1 m, gondola lift 2.8 km, slopes 2.8 km, ski rental 2.8 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: les 4 vallées. Please note: car recommended.

In the resort: supermarket, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna. Access: motorway A9, exit number 24 "Riddes" 15 km from La Tzoumaz. Access via a winding mountain road. Railway station "Riddes" 14 km. Bus connection.

Summer

Tennis, golf course 18 hole in Verbier 15 km. Paragliding. Gondola lifts, 100 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing, children's hiking paths. 100 km mountain bike routes, mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground, leisure park "Happyland" 39 km.

Winter

Ski-region Les 4 Vallées, total of 92 lifts. Total 410 km ski runs, snowboard slope, snow park. Ski school, snowboard school, children's ski school from 4 years old, ski kindergarten. Ski walking paths, winter walking paths. Toboggan runs (long 10 km). Ice rink, natural ice rink, winter golf course 3 holes in Les 4 Vallées. Ski bus (free of charge). In Winter: please take snow chains.

Gute UnterkunftAdrian R.

Die Unterkunft können wir empfehlen. Sie ist geeignet für acht Personen, am besten aber für entweder 3 Paare oder 2 Paare mit vier Kindern. Vielleicht verständlich, aber trotzdem etwas zu bemängeln ist die Küchenausstattung. Wer gerne kocht, muss scharfe Messer und Gewürze selbst mitnehmen (gibt Salz und Pfeffer). Am besten auch Bratpfanne (Böden der vorhandenen sind leicht rund). Bei Übergabe könnten einige Küchenutensilien abgegeben werden (wie Bettbezüge). Damit wäre Kontrolle gewährleistet.

Chante Neige ist gut geeignet für eine oder zwei Familien (2 Zimmer mit Doppelbetten; 1 Zimmer mit einem Doppel- und einen Kajütenbett). Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich eingerichtet, die Küche ok (Material etwas alt, aber so ist das halt in Mietobjekten). Der Bus zum Skilift ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar; die Fahrt dauert dann nochmals 20 Minuten. Fürs Einkaufen muss man nach la Tzoumaz; ohne Auto wird's schwierig. Aber für uns hat's gut gepasst.

Klasse Lage, großzügige Räumlichkeiten, toll um auch am Haus viel draußen zu sein. Ideal für Wanderer und Entdecker. Leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Küche und Bäder deshalb nur befriedigend. Wir würden zu einem besseren Preis wieder kommen.

Die Betreuung und die Übergabe des Hauses war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Gebucht haben wir mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern, was für die Grösse des Hauses kein Problem darstellte. Die drei Schlafzimmer boten genügend Platz und die Betten waren gut. Die Küche war zweckmässig und hatte alles nötige an Inventar. Die Badezimmer waren ebenfalls geräumig und sauber. Insgesamt machte das Haus einen guten Eindruck wenn man über diverse Kleinigkeiten und die bereits ältere Ausstattung hinweg sehen kann.

Chalet bello e spazioso, in ottima posizione com vista sui monti, con ampia dotazione per bagni, cucina e tutti gli altri locali. Ampio prato con campo bocce e tennis tavolo. Pulizia curata. Alcuni piccoli e rimediabili difetti. Nel complesso il giudizio é senz'altro ottimo.
