"Anusach", 3-room chalet 80 m2 on 2 levels. Partly renovated in 2022, comfortable and wooden furniture furnishings: small entrance hall. Living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and cable TV. Exit to the terrace, north facing position and west facing position. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair) open gallery with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Terrace, north facing position. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage (1 car), height 200 cm, width 225 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Beautiful chalet "Anusach", 1'400 m a.s.l., 2 storeys, renovated in 2022. On the outskirts, 900 m from the centre, in a quiet position in the residential district. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Dimension: height 200 cm width 225 cm. Shop 800 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, La Crettaz" 600 m, railway station "Sion" 15.7 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.6 km. Skisport facilities 1.1 km, ski bus stop 250 m, sled run 1.6 km, children's playground 1.6 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tracouet 1.1 km. Hiking paths: Bisse du Milieu 700 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Habitués aux locations à Nendaz, nous avons été satisfaits de celle-ci et de ses 3 chambres (dont mezzanine). Cependant, l’accès se fait par une rue très raide non dégagée et la place de parking annoncée n’existe pas, de sorte qu’on doit se réfugier dans le petit garage. L’aménagement est sympathique mais fait cheap, IKEA. Les poêles sont très abîmées et les raclonnettes en bois manquent!

Un chalet agréable avec une grande terrasse donnant sur la vallée, confortable, bien équipé et en bon état. Quelques bémols: les lits un peu mous, une chambre à lits superposés un peu étriquée, une salle de bains presque aveugle, une place de parking et un garage très très juste. Deux fauteuils plastiques de terrasse se sont cassés..., on m'a dit qu'ils seraient remplacés.

Zeer netjes en schoon huisje, groot balkon met mooi uitdicht op de bergen en het dal. Kleine parkeerplaats voor gemiddelde auto.

Innen war es sauber, aber es fehlte der Charme. Duvets und Kissen waren teils schmutzig, die Bettwäsche sauber. Kein Haartrockner. Keine Garderobe für Skisachen, diese müssen in der kalten und schmutzigen Garage auf wenig Platz deponiert werden. Die Garage ist zu klein für ein Familienauto, ein Kombi passt sehr knapp rein. Aussteigen und Zugang zum Haus kaum mehr möglich. Die Treppe zum Hauseingang aussen musste zuerst freigeschaufelt werden. Vor der Garage hat nur ein kleines Auto Platz.
