Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Sep. WC. Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 small room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Top floor: open gallery. Wooden floors, natural stone floors. Comfortable furnishings in the country house style. Balcony, east facing position, large terrace, west facing position and north facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Shop 2.3 km, supermarket 2.3 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bakery 2 km, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, télécabine" 1.8 km, railway station "Sion" 18.3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, gondola lift 1.8 km, ski bus stop 30 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz Tracouet 1.8 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Toller Ausblick,wären aber gerne über die Baustelle vor dem Balkon informiert worden. Wohnzimmermöbel insbesondere die Couch sind sehr abgenutzt. Kleinere Mängel die wir festgestellt und gemeldet haben.

Tolles Haus für ungezwungene Ferien für Vater mit seinen zwei erwachsenen Ferien. Die jungen Männer in je einem Schlafzimmer im UG, der Vater im Schlafzimmer im EG. Gemeinsam haben wir die grosse Terrasse mit Nachmittags- und Abendsonne genossen. Die Wohnstube war grosszügig, die offene Küche ideal. Die Aussicht war phänomenal.

Très bien situé et bénéficiant d une magnifique terrasse, ce chalet nous a déçu pour 2 raisons: 1) sa porte d entrée s est avérée...impossible à ouvrir de l extérieur le 1er soir (nous laissant craindre de devoir avertir un serrurier à 22h30) Une année avant, la serrure fonctionnait déjà très mal et...les choses avaient encore empiré cet été Ce problème ne pouvait pas être passé inaperçu et aurait absolument dû être corrigé ! Le cylindre a été changé le lendemain de notre réclamation. 2)la grande terrasse, très ensoleillée, comportait un pied de parasol (endommagé, donc très difficilement Déplaçable) mais...AUCUN parasol, le 7 juillet. Après réclamation, un petit parasol nous a été déposé, mais...impossible de le fixer dans le pied, trop large ! Par la suite, un grand parasol nous a...enfin été remis, mais en mauvais état lui aussi, suivi enfin par un pied adapté au petit parasol... Cette affaire a duré plusieurs jours et, malgré la bonne volonté du personnel de l agence de Nendaz, n a pas débouché sur une solution satisfaisante. Interhome Nendaz aurait dû contrôler l état du mobilier extérieur et, surtout, apercevant aussi la difficulté à ouvrir la serrure principale, prendre des mesures anticipées, SANS attendre que le client, en vacances et pensant logiquement trouver du matériel en bon état, doive faire des réclamations...
