Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 small children's room with sloping ceilings with 2 pull-out beds (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Gallery. Shower/WC. Balcony 15 m2, south-east facing position, 2 small balconies, south facing position and north facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (5). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 10 (1 car) at 30 m. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Apartment block "Plein Soleil A", 3 storeys. In the district of Chevalley, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.6 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, south-west facing position. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), drying room. Motor access to 30 m from the house (ramp). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 280 m, bakery 1.5 km, café 280 m, bicycle rental 1.4 km, bus stop "Postal Ovronnaz, Plein Soleil" 67 m, railway station "Riddes" 11.3 km, thermal baths 2.1 km. Appartement très agréable. On s’y sent bien. Rien ne manque. Cuisine entièrement refaite. Excellente literie. Très belle vue. Je n’y viendrais cependant pas en hiver car pente très raide jusqu’à l’immeuble et à la place de parc. Pas recommandé pour des personnes à mobilité réduite: pente et escaliers.

Deze woning is ruim van opzet, en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Er zijn voldoende slaapkamers en maar liefst 2 badkamers. Daarbij voldoende buitenruimte; meerdere balkons met fantastisch uitzicht.
