Exit to the balcony, south facing position. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle). Bath/WC. Balcony, south facing position. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Garage space n 7, height 210 cm, width 200 cm. Please note: non-smoking house, parking space for small car only. Fireplace out of order. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Ski school (downhill), snowboard school, children's ski school from 2 years old, ski kindergarten. Cross country ski tracks, ski walking paths, winter walking paths. Toboggan runs (long 3 km). Sports centre at 7 km. Artificial ice rink at 7 km. No ATM. Bread ordering service available in winter. Ski lift opening information www.nendaz.ch. Paid ski lift parking.

Wohnung ist geräumig, Schlafzimmer und zwei Betten im Vorraum machen sie absolut tauglich für 4 Personen. Ski-in funktioniert einwandfrei, morgens muss man ein paar Höhenmeter aufsteigen oder zu Fuss zum Lift. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, bis auf Mikrowelle ist alles da (4 Platten & Backofen sind klasse) aber ebenso wie auch das Bad ist das alles eher renovierungsbedürftig. Man kann hier sehr gut Skiferien verbringen, der Standard ist jedoch sehr einfach. PS Garage ist sehr sehr schmal!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist absolut top. Das Skigebiet sensationell für Liebhaber von Buckelpisten. Morgens 200m zum Lift, am Nachmittag vor der Garage (für Nicht-SUVs) abschwingen. Sehr viel Geschirr und Besteck, nicht so wie sonst. Während wir dort waren, wurde ein neuer Geschirrspüler eingebaut, der auch nach dem dritten Besuch des Installateurs nicht funktionierte. Wir wurden dafür schon vorab mit einer Flasche Rotwein entschädigt. Pizzeria/Racletteria im Haus.
