2-room apartment 50 m2 on 2nd floor. Fully renovated in 2019, beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 large double bedroom with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony, south facing position. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the Matterhorn. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

House/Residence

Large, beautiful apartment house "Fis", 6 storeys, renovated in 2018. In the district of Untere Matten, 300 m from the centre, in a central, quiet, sunny position, south facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Supermarket, shopping centre, restaurant, bakery, café, bicycle rental 300 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wiestibrücke" 150 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 300 m. Mountain railway 300 m, ski rental 300 m, ski bus stop 150 m, ski school, children's ski school 550 m. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.

Well-known, famous, car-free winter sports resort with 5'478 inhabitants, situated at the foot of the Mount Cervin with beautiful view, 34 km south from Visp. In the resort: supermarket, grocery, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, bar, disco, museum, cinema. Glacier, hiking, electrocab available in town, indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, massage. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Lakes nearby.

Summer

Bathing lake. Tennis (1 outdoor court, 1 indoor court), golf course 9 hole in Täsch 6 km. Minigolf. Fitness course. Summer skiing. Paragliding, beach volleybally court. Mountain lifts, 400 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing. 80 km mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground, leisure park. In May and June, lorries are allowed in Zermatt because of building season. In these months, it is slightly noisier than during the rest of the year, when Zermatt is car-free.

Winter

Ski-region Matterhorn Ski Paradise, total of 57 lifts. 2 mountain lifts, 8 cableways, 11 cable cabins, 22 chair lifts, 14 drag lifts, 2 children's ski lifts. 70 ski runs, total length 350 km (21 % easy, 62 % intermediate, 18 % difficult), snowboard slope, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school (downhill, cross country), snowboard school, children's ski school from 6 years old, ski kindergarten from 4 years old. 17 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths 45 km. 1 toboggan run. Natural ice rink, artificial ice rink, curling, indoor tennis centre. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Cervinia.

Lage und Ausstattung waren sehr gut, die Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer könnte optimiert werden, am großen Tisch kann nicht gelesen werden,da nur 2 gelbliche kleine Leuchten darüber hängen, wir hätten gerne einen Kaffeefilter gehabt. Die Stühle am Esstisch sind ziemlich nieder, man kann schlecht essen, Kleiderschrank halb voll mit nicht gebrauchten Betten

Wir waren im Juli 2022 eine Woche in dem tollen Appartment. Die Lage ist super, man ist zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten an der Gornergratbahn, am Bahnhof, im Supermarkt und weiteren Geschäften. Der Blick auf das Matterhorn ist einmalig. Sogar vom Bett aus kann man auf das Matterhorn blicken. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Bad ist relativ neu und modern. Ansonsten ist auch die Küche super ausgestattet. Kleine Spülmaschine, Cerankochfeld, Toaster, Raclette, Kapselkaffeemaschine, usw.

Diese Wohnung ist nicht nur ausgezeichnet gelegen, sondern bietet grossen Komfort und ist grossartig ausgestattet. Sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bietet die Kücheneinrichtung wirklich alles, was man braucht. Auch das Bad und das Schlafzimmer sind modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr überzeugt, sodass wir für nächstes Jahr schon wieder eine Reservation vorgenommen haben.

Die Wohnung hat uns super gefallen. Das Haus ist zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles an Einrichtung, was wir benötigten. Die Aussicht auf das Matterhorn war die Krönung!

Sehr gute und ruhige Lage, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, sonniger Balkon mit Sicht aufs Matterhorn. Da in Zermatt alle Gäste mit dem Zug ankommen, würde ich das Interhome Büro direkt am Bahnhof erwarten! Auch sollte in der Wohnung ein aktueller Fahrplan der Gornergratbahn vorliegen (fährt wegen Corona weniger häufig!). Ein Willkommensgruss wäre eine schöne Geste!

Frisch renovierte Wohnung gut ausgestattet, direkte Sicht auf das Matterhorn. Ideal für 3 Personen, für 4 Person knapp, da das Auszugsbett nicht 1.80 m breit ist. Ventilator im gefangenen Bad hat nicht funktioniert. Preis eher hoch, dürfte etwas günstiger sein.

Danke für das Feedback. Der Ventilator ist nur sehr leise, funktioniert jedoch. Er wurde nochmals geprüft.
