Small, beautiful apartment house "La Prairie", 4 storeys. In the district of Zer Bännu, 850 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, south facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Supermarket 750 m, restaurant 280 m, bakery 850 m, bicycle rental 850 m, bus stop "Wiestibrücke" 500 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 850 m. Mountain railway 700 m, ski rental, ski bus stop 500 m, children's ski school 1.1 km, sled run 1.1 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.

Well-known, famous, car-free winter sports resort with 5'478 inhabitants, situated at the foot of the Mount Cervin with beautiful view, 34 km south from Visp. In the resort: supermarket, grocery, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, bar, disco, museum, cinema. Glacier, hiking, electrocab available in town, indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, massage. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Lakes nearby.

Bathing lake. Tennis (1 outdoor court, 1 indoor court), golf course 9 hole in Täsch 6 km. Minigolf. Fitness course. Summer skiing. Paragliding, beach volleybally court. Mountain lifts, 400 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing. 80 km mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground, leisure park. In May and June, lorries are allowed in Zermatt because of building season. In these months, it is slightly noisier than during the rest of the year, when Zermatt is car-free.

Ski-region Matterhorn Ski Paradise, total of 57 lifts. 2 mountain lifts, 8 cableways, 11 cable cabins, 22 chair lifts, 14 drag lifts, 2 children's ski lifts. 70 ski runs, total length 350 km (21 % easy, 62 % intermediate, 18 % difficult), snowboard slope, snow park, halfpipe. Kaffeemaschine muss dringend ersetzt werden, Kaffe tröpfelt in die Tasse! Währen der Nacht sind unangenhme Geräusche von der Heizungspumpe hörbar.

Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr ungemütlich eingerichtet, alter Tisch, altes Buffet, zusammengewürfelte Sitzgruppen, 2. Bett unter dem Fenster plaziert, dies geht überhaupt nicht, altes, verschnittenes Tischtucch...

Gern bestätigte uns das lokale Team, dass der erwähnte Mangel zwischenzeitlich behoben wurde, weiterhin, dass sich schnellstmöglich nach Erhalt Ihres Feedbacks darum gekümmert wurde, die Fernbedienung für die Rollos im Schlafzimmer - die ein voriger Gast leider mitgenommen hatte - zu besorgen. Es tut uns leid, dass die Rollos im Schlafzimmer während Ihres Aufenthaltes nicht geöffnen werden konnten. Wir versichern, dass die Kollegen stets ihr Bestes geben, den Urlaub dennoch angenehm zu gestalten, selbst bei unerwarteten Problemen vor Ort. Wir würden uns freuen, Sie wieder als Gast willkommen heißen zu dürfen.

Apartamento lejos del centro (20 minutos) y cuesta arriba. No hay ningún comercio cerca, por lo que hay que comprar en el centro y subirlo andando o en taxi, que cuesta 26CHF por trayecto. No tiene lavadora de ropa, de manera que hay que llevar la colada al centro y luego subirla. Poco práctico para una estancia de turismo.

Wohnung praktisch und einfach eingerichtet, ruhig, Bergbahnen in der Nähe, für Skifans die den ganzen Tag auf der Piste sind bestens geeignet. Kaffeemaschine müsste mal erneuert werden!

Schöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung in etwas erhöhter Lage. Top Aussicht zum Matterhorn. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung gerne weiter.
