Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Bath/WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains and Matterhorn. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Large, comfortable apartment house "Les Violettes", 5 storeys. In the district of Spiss, 600 m from the centre, in a quiet position, south-west facing position. In the house: sauna (extra). Lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Supermarket 450 m, restaurant 600 m, bakery, bicycle rental 600 m, 8 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Spiss" 60 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 600 m. Mountain railway 500 m, ski rental 500 m, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 900 m, children's ski school. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.

1'620 - 3'820 m a.s.l. >>Zermatt can only be reached by train or taxi from Täsch / Please park your car in Täsch. Well-known, famous, car-free winter sports resort with 5'478 inhabitants, situated at the foot of the Mount Cervin with beautiful view, 34 km south from Visp. In the resort: supermarket, grocery, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, bar, disco, museum, cinema. Glacier, hiking, electrocab available in town, indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, massage. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Lakes nearby.

Summer

Bathing lake. Tennis (1 outdoor court, 1 indoor court), golf course 9 hole in Täsch 6 km. Minigolf. Fitness course. Summer skiing. Paragliding, beach volleybally court. Mountain lifts, 400 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing. 80 km mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground, leisure park. In May and June, lorries are allowed in Zermatt because of building season. In these months, it is slightly noisier than during the rest of the year, when Zermatt is car-free.

Ski-region Matterhorn Ski Paradise, total of 57 lifts. 2 mountain lifts, 8 cableways, 11 cable cabins, 22 chair lifts, 14 drag lifts, 2 children's ski lifts. 70 ski runs, total length 350 km (21 % easy, 62 % intermediate, 18 % difficult), snowboard slope, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school (downhill, cross country), snowboard school, children's ski school from 6 years old, ski kindergarten from 4 years old. 17 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths 45 km. 1 toboggan run. Natural ice rink, artificial ice rink, curling, indoor tennis centre. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Cervinia.

This home was simple, comfortable, clean, and in a great location to walk to ski. Far enough away to be quiet but close enough to be convenient. Great views of Matterhorn!

Die Wohnung entspricht die heutigen Standard nicht. Sehr dreckig, die Teppiche würden die letze 10 Jahren nicht gereinigt. Stauraum fast nicht vorhanden. Sehr Eng. Sehr abgenutzt. Bettkaputt. Für 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder nicht möglich.

Bonne situation, ensoleillé, très pratique en face de l'arrêt de bus. Bonne répartition des chambres et salles de bains/WC Cuisine bien agencée. Les armoires et lits sont un peu vétustes et méritent d'être changés !

Möbel/Betten waren nicht im Verhältnis zu einem Mietbetrag von über 4.500 chf . Kommt noch dazu dass bei der Anreise mehrere Lampen defekt waren sowie die Heizung im Obergeschoss, die nicht in unserer Woche repariert werden.

Cette location est trop juste pour 8 adultes. Salon et salle à manger trop petits. A part une chambre, les autres sont minimalistes et peu de rangement disponibles. La cuisine est bien équipée. L'emplacement de l'immeuble est bien desservi pour les skieurs ( à 50 m. des bus-navettes ) mais excentré et dans une zone pas très avenante. Pour ces raisons, le prix est trop élevé par rapport aux prestations fournies.

Superbe appartement; cuisine merveilleusement equipee avec suffisament d'equipement pour 8. Vue sur le cervin! Certes un peu a l'etroit a 8 pour manger, mais tres bien agence donc pas de probleme pour une semaine! Un peu decentre mais c'est tout a son avantage car calme et arret de bus juste a cote et funiculaire accessible a pied. En resume, nous avons passe d'excellentes vacances de Noel en famille dans cet appartement!

Appartement à l'avant-dernier et au dernier étage (à gauche sur la photo de face de l'immeuble). La cuisine (séparée) est un peu petite mais très moderne, four dernier cri et tiroir chauffant en dessous. Grand lave-vaisselle, vaisselle en abondance (du coup peu de place pour les achats de nourriture). Un plus: machine à café Nespresso. En haut, mezzanine débouchant heureusement sur les chambres fermées. Jolie petite salle de douche avec WC et lavabo. Situation très tranquille. Superbes vacances.

Die Wohnung verfügt über alles, was man für ein verlängertes Weekend oder auch länger benötigt. Wenig muss man einplanen: Geschirrtücher, Geschirrspüler Tabs, 2 Stk. waren vorhanden. Alufolie und/oder glad, Brennpaste fürs Fondue. Dies alles nur, falls man es nicht vor Ort einkaufen will. Man ist am unteren Ende des Dorfes, mit schwerem Gepäck oder Einkäufe nimmt man besser ein Taxi. Sehr sauber und gemutlich. Top moderne Küche, Zimmer und Bäder einwandfrei. Gerne wiedermal.
