Bright, luxurious and tasteful furnishings: large living/sleeping room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), dining table, TV, radio and DVD. Exit to the balcony, south facing position. Open kitchen in the entrance (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Small balcony 1 m2. Balcony furniture. Side view of the mountains. Facilities: safe, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Please note: Pets not allowed. House/Residence

Behind the house there are containers which serve as a temporary school building until summer 2025. The view is therefore reduced on the first and second floors facing north. Large, luxurious apartment block "Zur Matte B", 4 storeys, built in 2009. In the centre of Zermatt, in a central position. In the house: lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Towel change (suppl. charge extra). Well-known, famous, car-free winter sports resort with 5'478 inhabitants, situated at the foot of the Mount Cervin with beautiful view, 34 km south from Visp. In the resort: supermarket, grocery, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, bar, disco, museum, cinema. Glacier, hiking, electrocab available in town, indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, massage. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Lakes nearby.

Bathing lake. Tennis (1 outdoor court, 1 indoor court), golf course 9 hole in Täsch 6 km. Minigolf. Fitness course. Summer skiing. Paragliding, beach volleybally court. Mountain lifts, 400 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing. 80 km mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground, leisure park. In May and June, lorries are allowed in Zermatt because of building season. In these months, it is slightly noisier than during the rest of the year, when Zermatt is car-free.

Für einen Ferienaufenthalt alles vorhanden! Top! Lediglich der Einstellraum für Fahrräder war nicht vorhanden. Bei Nachfrage wurde uns der Skiraum im 1. UG dafür angegeben, jedoch passen die E-Bikes (45 kmh) nicht in den Lift und sind zu schwer, um täglich die Treppe runter und hoch zu tragen. Somit haben wir die E-Bikes im langen Hauseingang (Steckdose im Korridor) deponieren dürfen. Das ging problemlos, da es nicht viele Gäste mit Velos hatte. Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung war für uns perfekt.

Dit was de 4e keer dat we in dit appartement verbleven en hebben daarom de routebeschrijving niet hoeven gebruiken. We zijn altijd erg tevreden en komen daarom telkens graag terug. Enige minpuntje wat ons betreft zijn de harde matrassen, daar kunnen we niet zo goed aan wennen. Dat er maar 1 stopcontact boven de vaatwasser is, is wat onpraktisch als je koffie wil zetten en water wil koken. Qua servies is ' t jammer dat er maar 2 glazen en 2 bekers zijn. Overige servies meestal 'n 4-tal.

Appartement très propre, moderne et très bien équipé. De plus son emplacement est idéal, proche du centre, proche des commerces et des restaurants et proche de la gare. Le funiculaire pour monter à Sunnegga est à 5 minutes à pied. La préparation du voyage ainsi que la remise des clés s'est également bien déroulé. Je peux que recommander cet appartement ainsi que l'agence de location Interhome.

Leider konnte der Wellness-Bereich im benachbarten Hotel aufgrund von Corona in diesem Jahr nicht mit genutzt werden, dafür gab es aber auch Rabatt. Die Unterkunft bietet genug Platz und ist sinnvoll ausgestattet. Eine Kaffeekanne, in die der Filter nicht hineinfallen kann, wäre schön gewesen, wie auch mehr gerade, geschirrspülertaugliche Trinkgläser.
