Schmitten 18 km from Davos: Beautiful apartment block "Eva". On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position. In the house: central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Communal covered parking space n 14. Shop 400 m, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 400 m, thermal baths 5 km. Golf course 5 km, slopes 18 km, cross country ski track 300 m.

850 - 1'440 m a.s.l. >>Idyllic farming village with beautiful view, 22 km south-west from Davos, 14 km from Lenzerheide, 20 km from Savognin. All shops, restaurants etc. in Davos, 22 - 23 km. In the resort: grocery, restaurant. Indoor aquatic centre at 5 - 6 km. Access from Davos or via Chur-Lenzerheide. Postal bus to the sports centres in Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin.

All watersports available in Davos 22 - 23 km. Golf course 18 hole in Alvaneu Bad 5 km. Hiking paths, mountain tours.

Winter

Ski-region Davos 22 km. Snowboard slope. Ski school (downhill, cross country), snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. Cross country ski tracks, winter walking paths. Toboggan runs, floodlit. Ice rink, curling. Lenzerheide at 14 km, Savognin at 20 km.

Eine traumhafte Aussicht und die Ruhe brachten mir einen wunderschönen Urlaub! Die Lage ist sehr gut, in alle Himmelsrichtungen schnell unterwegs. Alles war tip-top sauber, die Garage ein schönes Plus. Die An- und Abreise mit Schlüsselübergabe hat gut geklappt. Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen!!

Vakantiehuis EVA staat aan de rand van het dorp en biedt een onbelemmerd uitzicht over het dal en de omliggende bergen. Het meest indrukwekkende terras dat we ooit gehad hebben. Het appartement zelf is voorzien van alles wat men nodig heeft , maar verwacht geen luxe. Het ideaal appartement voor een wandelvakantie. Het Landwasser viaduct en Wiesener viaduct liggen op wandelafstand. Eigenares R. is vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Een aanrader!

Die Wohnung ist ideal für zwei Personen und insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Die grossen Fenster und der grosse Balkon bieten eine tolle Aussicht auf die unverbaute Lage. Ein Auto ist sehr praktisch, der ÖV ist zu Fuss in 10 Min. erreichbar. Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Schlafzimmerschrank nicht mehr verschliessbar, Fenster im Schlafzimmer benötigt eine Revision). Zum Lesen schlechte Lichtverhältnisse.

Von der Anreise bis zum Ende hat alles super geklappt. Die Wohnung war in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche hatte alles, was man braucht. Der Dorfladen und die Ecke hat das Nötigste parat. Der persönliche Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und herzlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein schöner Urlaub mit viel Ruhe, Ausblick und Natur zum Genießen.

Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen mit herrlicher Aussicht. Sehr sauber bei der Übergabe. Für 4 Personen war der Platz ausreichend. Dank schönem Wetter waren wir immer unterwegs. Zum Skifahren müssen Autofahrten in Kauf genommen werden.

Die Lage und Art der Wohnung hat voll unseren Wünschen entsprochen. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung war ebenfalls sehr gut. Nur von der Sauberkeit waren wir enttäuscht; wir mussten zuerst etwa eine Stunde putzen. Das war leider ein ungemütlicher Start. Aber bis am Schluss haben wir uns recht wohl gefühlt!
