Litzbach Experience Trail

The Litzbach Adventure Trail in the Austrian municipality of Silbertal is an approximately 9 km long nature experience path that provides information about the beautiful nature of the region. It consists of 11 interactive stations where children and families can playfully and actively learn a lot about the beautiful surroundings. The trail runs along the wild Litz stream and through the magnificent forest landscape. In addition to numerous information boards, there is always something for children to do playfully at the interactive stations. For example, they can balance on tree stumps or cross a shallow mountain stream together with a raft.

Circular trail at Silvretta Lake

The Silvretta reservoir is located in the Austrian state of Vorarlberg, directly on the Silvretta High Alpine Road. This makes it an ideal destination or part of a destination in this popular hiking region. The small circular trail that leads around the picturesque lake and offers a fantastic view is well worth it. A special attraction on the circular trail is the distinctive Piz Buin with its majestic panorama. The trail leads from the Bielerhöhe to the dam, from which there is another spectacular view. From here, numerous great hikes of various lengths start, including multi-day tours. Enjoy the fantastic valley and mountain scenery that accompanies you as a magnificent panorama. The path to the Sarotla Hut starts, for example, from Brand at the parking lot of the cable car. This approximately 5 km long path through the Sarotla Valley in the Rätikon is well signposted and only moderately ascending. Along the way, you will experience the beautiful mountain nature in the form of roaring waterfalls and pretty alpine pastures.

Lünersee Circular Trail

The picturesque Lünersee is located in Vorarlberg and is characterized by its turquoise blue water in addition to the beautiful Alpine panorama. It can be easily discovered and enjoyed on a wonderful circular route of about 7 km. The path has almost no inclines and is easy to walk. The circular route is best started at the dam and runs clockwise. This way, there is only a short ascent at the very beginning, while the rest of the path is flat or downhill. This allows you to fully enjoy the stunning nature and the picturesque views of the lake.

Golmer High Trail

The Golmer Höhenweg leads through the picturesque mountain landscape in the Austrian Montafon for nearly 14 km and offers breathtaking Alpine panoramas. However, this path requires some fitness, as it includes a rather steep ascent and is considered a difficult hike. In return, it rewards with fantastic views. Right at the beginning on the way to Golmerjoch, there is a great view of the impressive Drei Türme and the Zimba. The Rätikon mountain range, on the other hand, awaits with beautiful green meadows and a stunning display of flowers on one side and barren limestone cliffs on the other side.

Summit hike Hochgerach

At an altitude of 1985 meters, the Hochgerach in Austria's Vorarlberg towers and mainly attracts enthusiastic and experienced hikers. From the center of the village of Thüringerberg, a 15.5-kilometer hike leads up to the summit with its magnificent view and then back down to the village. This summit hike initially leads over the district of Kapiescha to the inner Alpila Alpe. From there, the ascent of about 400 meters in altitude begins, which requires some fitness, surefootedness, and a head for heights. The descent initially follows the same path and then goes over the outer Alpila Alpe and the Gampelin Alpe.

From Bludenz to the Hoher Fraßen

From Bludenz, you comfortably ascend to airy heights with the Muttersberg cable car and enjoy the view of the mountain world. From the mountain station, follow the signs to the Fraßenhütte. It's worth stopping here: Tyrolean Gröstl, dumplings, exotic dishes, homemade pastries, and other delicacies await you. After a break in the hut, you are well-fortified for the ascent of 580 meters in altitude to the summit of the Hoher Fraßen. The path ascends in switchbacks. Once you reach the summit cross, a dream view awaits you extending to the Great Walser Valley and the Silvretta Group.

Wormser High Trail

The Wormser Höhenweg in the Austrian Tyrol leads from the Wormser Hütte to the Heilbronner Hütte. The route is not overly difficult, but with over 20 kilometers, it has a considerable length. However, it also offers a varied, beautiful Alpine nature, whose peaceful idyll can be intensely enjoyed. Practically throughout the entire path, there is a magnificent summit panorama, such as from the Zamangspitze. The mountain paths are largely relatively flat and lead over mountain meadows and idyllic mountain slopes, which are covered with heather or blueberries. Additionally, there are romantic small mountain streams to discover along the way.
