Cuxhaven

In the far north of Lower Saxony, Cuxhaven is both a North Sea spa town and an Elbe city. In front of its gates lies the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea. You can learn about its animal and plant life during hikes and in the exhibitions at the informative Wadden Sea Visitor Center. The old harbor of Cuxhaven, where fishing boats sway on the water, is also a discovery. A harbor tour is fun, as is a walk along Cuxhaven's beautiful beach promenade. Norddeich

Husum
