Ardietti Fort

The Austrian fortress was built between 1856 and 1861 and is still completely preserved today. With its octagonal layout, it is a geometric marvel. The magnificent complex of natural stones and bricks has a circular courtyard and was part of the famous Quadrilatero. A visit to the fort is an absolute must for historically interested tourists. Inside the fortress, you can view the garrison quarters as well as artillery guns from various eras and old plans of the fort. Afterwards, a walk through the picturesque landscape is worthwhile.

Sigurtà Garden Park

From spring to autumn, a visit to the park is a unique experience. Stroll along the avenue of thirty thousand roses with a view of the Scaliger Castle. Admire millions of tulips, lotus flowers, water hibiscus, water lilies, and other flowers. You can explore the park by bike, on foot, or comfortably with one of the panoramic trains. Don't miss the labyrinth, the horizontal sundial, and the water gardens. The park restaurant and numerous kiosks cater to your physical well-being.

Our Lady of the Ash Tree

The Church of Madonna del Frassino has a barrel vault and houses numerous stucco works, paintings, and frescoes. There are also a total of eight remarkable side altars and two chapels. In a small side chapel, you can admire a Madonna statue in a long robe. Outside, the church is flanked by two magnificent arcades. Right next to the church stands a Franciscan monastery. In its courtyard, there are two large cloisters with scenes from life and numerous prayers of saints to the Mother of God.

Brescia Gate

You will find the Porta Brescia on the northern side of the city wall of Peschiera del Garda. Even as you approach the gate, it exudes pure medieval charm. The massive walls testify to the defensibility of the historic settlement. The Porta Brescia forms the entrance gate to the old town of Peschiera del Garda in northern Italy. Much of the building substance still dates back to the Middle Ages. The panorama of the gate with its accompanying bridge is popular.

Movieland Park

Dogs are welcome visitors and must be kept on a leash on the beach. In the water, the four-legged friends can splash around freely. At Braccobaldo Beach, public showers and toilets provide comfort. A café caters to hungry bathers. Those who wish can rent a comfortable sun lounger with an umbrella from the fee-based rental and enjoy the panorama over Lake Garda.
