Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 double bedroom with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Small balcony 6 m2, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Rozenhof: Small apartment block "Rozenhof", 3 storeys. In the centre of Bredene, from the sea, 600 m from the beach. In the house: lift, storage room for bicycles. Supermarket 300 m, restaurant, tram "De Lijn" 400 m, railway station "Oostende" 4 km, sandy beach "Bredene" 600 m. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, sailing school 1 km. Nearby attractions: Markt (dinsdagmorgen) 300 m, Boudewijn Seapark 26 km, Brugge 26 km, Plopsaland De Panne 48 km, Hangtime Oostende 2.5 km, James Ensor huis Oostende 8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

The lovely town of Brugge, with with its many canals and medieval character, offers a different type of visit. Every Tuesday morning you can visit the weekly market in Bredene. Family-friendly bathing resort 600 m from the sea, 8 km from Oostende, 22 km from Brugge. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar. Besides: pharmacy.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung schön eingerichtet und komfortabel.

Wohnung sehr hellhörig. Man bekommt viele Geräusche von der nebenanliegenden Wohnung mit. Küchenutensilien könnten neu angeschafft werden. z.B. 6 Kaffeelöffel bei 4 Personen ist etwas wenig. Bei den Pfannen blättert die Beschichtung ab. Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern ist sehr steil, nichts für Familien mit jüngeren Kindern und ältere Menschen.

Nette Unterkunft mit toller Lage der Wohnung

Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, man ist schnell am Strand. Wohnung ist groß, sauber, hell und geräumig. Die Küchenausstattung, Geschirr, könnte ergänzt werden und ein paar Haken für Handtücher im Bad wären noch gut. Aber alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft.

Opkuis kan beter. Er lagen nog zaken in de keuken van vorige huurders. Een dikke merci om de afvoer in de keuken zo snel te repareren.
