This rental is located in a great spot - directly across from the ocean! Nearby to bus stop, grocery store and train station - all within walking distance. Kitchen is dated, but functional overall. Oven is definitely not up to temperature. Beds were very comfortable. It was evident the floors had not been properly cleaned in some time. When going barefoot, our feet immediately became very dirty:(

Great location with easy access to the beach, shopping restaurants and transportation. Wrap around patio and fourth floor location provided great views.

Is a word I use with care. This apartment fully deserves to be described as such, I have just spent 4 enjoyable nights there and found everything from the presentable entrance to the standard of cleaning to be most satisfying. There is everything that you could possibly need in the way of pots, pans, rockery and utensils to ensure a comfortable stay. The place is well equipped and nicely furnished. Crisp bed linen a further plus. Very close to public transport to Nce and many other places.

Exceptionally spacious, clean and well equipped. We had a fabulous week. Only downside are the car lift instructions (gibberish). Here’s how to do it. Drive to the external door, press 1 on key ring. Drive inside garage and turn car around. Press 1 to call lift and open lift door. Drive into lift, press 3. When lift goes up and stops, reverse out - park in space 117. When leaving, drive to lift, press 3 on key ring, when lift down, press 1, reverse and exit car park press 1 to open exterior door

The apartment has a good location in relation to the beach and the City. Nice to have a garage as there are few parkingoptions. Nice that you can have your dogs with you in the Apartment

Check out this comfy and roomy apartment on the 3rd floor of a lovely building. The big terrace offers stunning views of the sea and a lush hippodrome. There's a private parking area for residents, plus plenty of convenient street parking. It's definitely worth the price. Just a little extra cleaning before you move in would make it even better.

The apartment was very cozy and beautiful stunning view. The rooftop provided us with many beautiful dinners. The couchbed is pretty uncomfortable so we laid sideways and then it was fine. Since the apartment is situated on a hill it makes you work on your endurance a bit, but it's totally worth it because you are at the heart of the beautiful old town. Also in summer at least there is a free shuttle every 15 minutes so you can avoid the steep uphill. Overall I can only recommend it!

We booked this accommodation three days before arrival and did not regret it at all! We were with my husband and a three-year-old child. The apartment has everything a family needs for a vacation and even more. Two spacious rooms and a full kitchen area with everything you need, even a knife for opening oysters and other useful little things. The wonderful hosts L. and P. were very hospitable and friendly. They provided us with their grill and we were able to make wonderful dinners on the

Comfortable apartment for family with teenagers. 2 bedrooms and 3 beds one in living room in case more people. Kitchen more than well equipped. Elevator and garage place (however very tiny). Don’t afraid about church bells just around - they are not ringing often and early morning. View for see from balcony making every evening. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops and beautiful market organize 2/3 per week. Overall very well experience.

Lovely clean apartment close to beach we were very comfortable there had everything you would need for a holiday let. There was a lift as well even we were only on the first floor. The supermarket was about half a mile away which was a bit of a trip as we are elderly but it was all on the flat The weather was lovely for the whole 12 days. There was also a great Bakery around the corner called Paul’s which you could either eat in or take away.

The apartment gives a nice view on the see and is located between numerous restaurants and close to the railwaystation. The picture doesn't show that there is a 4 lanes road between the sea and the appartment which is crowded and very noisy during day and nighttime.
