Appart bien situé et calme,sauf bruit d'une bouche dégoût sur la route face à la résidence à chaque passage de voiture (très énervant...). Sinon ,le canapé et très user !!.sinon r-a-s. Si je reviens à Cannes, j'espère je le pourrai le réserver de nouveau

Location calme, confortable pour un studio et très bien placée pour qui aime la proximité de la mer, à moins de 100m. Le centre ville n'est pas loin non plus, un quart d'heure de marche.

Location agréable dans son ensemble hormis sur quelques points: Coin salon: Sable entre les coussins du canapé à notre arrivée, nous avons du le nettoyer nous même Coin salle de bain: cheveux dans la douche ! Et nous avons été obligé d’utiliser les serviettes que nous avons payé pour absorber l’eau qui s’échappe de la douche en grande quantité… Coin cuisine: vaisselle sale En dehors de cela l’appartement est bien équipé notamment concernant les ustensiles de cuisine, balcon agréable

L'appartement aurait pu être parfait sans la présence de quelques tares : la douche à l'italienne très mal construite qui inonde le sol jusqu'au salon au bout de quelques minutes et le volet roulant qui devait être changer depuis un moment s'est coincé lors de notre semaine. Ça a donc nécessité l'intervention de techniciens, ce qui nous a condamné une bonne partie de la journée. Malgré tout, c'est un bon appartement mais ces petits détails ont un peu gâché le séjour.
