Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 173 - 175 cm with 1 bed (90 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm). 1 small room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 173 - 175 cm with 1 double sofabed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Lounge with sloping ceilings. 2nd upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 130 - 178 cm with 1 french bed (140 cm). Electric heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. The room can only be accessed from outside, through an independant store room, with spare shower. Separate WC. The 2nd floor louneg has a panoramic view over the Pointe du Raz from a gallery. Small harbour "Le Vorlenn" 250 m away.

Outside the resort, 250 m from the sea, 450 m from the beach. Private: garden 320 m2 with lawn, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 450 m, sandy beach "La Baie Des Trépassés", rocky beach 250 m. Sports harbour 250 m, surf school 450 m. Nearby attractions: Audierne 10 km, Douarnenez 30 km, Locronan 38 km. Please note: car recommended.

Location Description Pointe du Raz

The Pointe du Raz is a protected site situated at Finistiere South point. Picturesque resort, directly by the sea, 5 km from Cléden Cap Sizun, 10 km west from Pont-Croix, 50 km north-west from Quimper. All shops, restaurants etc. 5 km. Châteaulin 61 km. Douarnenez 35 km. Pont-l'Abbé 51 km.

Sehr schönes, uriges Hauswaltraud l.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Haus und der Wintergarten sehr schön. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich vorstellen kann. Leider sind die Schlafzimmer sehr klein und die Betten schon sehr alt. Es wäre schön, wenn da etwas erneuert würde. Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen, es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub, wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt.

Le soucis c’est la hauteur de plafond à l’étage. Absence de wifi : à notre époque c’est dommageable. Problèmes d’évacuation dans un des toilettes et une des douches. Sinon très bien équipé et cadre très plaisant.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit guter Ausstattung uns toller Lage. Ideal für Wanderung zum Pointe du Raz und Pointe du Van. Im ersten Stock ist die Decke sehr niedrig, Balken der Decke ungefähr 1,65 m, dazwischen etwas über 1,80 m. Der ausgwiesene Gartengrill war nicht vorhanden. Trotzdem wir würden aufgrund der schönen und ruhigen Lage wieder kommen.

Maison agréable avec vue sur la mer, oui mais des étages. On ne peut accéder à la mer que en voiture don problématique. Le linge de maison est payant!!
