Holiday home & villa rental Pyrénées-Orientales

This is a new appartment in a small block of 5. Very clean & modern with all essential appliances including full oven & dishwasher. Despite being on a main road, it was very quiet and excellently located for Collioure, a 10 minute walk. There a few items which we felt were not provided which would have been useful including: Shower mats, a whisk, cheese grater, larger water/beer glasses and blender. The balcony was small but only able to seat 4 people. The local agent was excellent.

This was a very good apartment for us. It was quiet and had the benefit of a lift and a nearby parking spot. The apartment itself had most of the amenities we required. The kitchen area was compact and adequate with good appliances, if used. The bed was comfortable (personally being a light sleeper I like to have 2 separate mattresses but could have used the bed/settee).

Such a great location. Quiet and peaceful and yet a very short drive to the supermarket and not far to the beach, or for walking in the hills. We thoroughly enjoyed being based here for for a week.

This was a great apartment for us and our young children. There were two bedrooms and a large central room with a sitting area, kitchen, dining area and wraparound balcony with a great view. There is a lift and a set of stairs. The whole palce is air conditioned. The location is great, and even though it was busy outside, it wasn't loud and everybody slept well. I would recommend this apartment to others looking for a holiday in Argeles.

The villa was exactly what we wanted for our family holiday of six adults. Great air conditioning with automatic shutters made the villa very comfortable during the day and night time. The pool with electronic cover and outdoor eating area were a key feature for us as a family. Canet shops, restaurants and church were close by and it was also a comfortable walk to the beach. Parking on the forecourt or in the garage was large and very secure.

We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful apartment. The aircon kept us cool and the views are awesome. Very friendly arrival experience and support during the week. Thank you!

Our only disappointment this year was to find that the swimming pool had been closed the day we arrived. Last year it was open until 30th September. The access to a pool is essential to our holiday. It did transpire that for the first year of many we have stayed in St Cyprien the weather was very variable and the pools would have been losing residual heat. The apartment itself is comfortable, spacious, clean and quiet; it meets our requirements (except if the pool is closed early!)

Nice apartment with a large balcony with a view of the mountains. The swimming pool is sheltered and is a good size for a real swim

Overall experience was positive. Location is nice & central, check-in was very easy, the apart. & the bed were very comfortable & the deck very inviting. Markets & stores were walking distance, & it is a convenient location to go for day trips to several locations. Now, it could have been better: 1. the wifi code was wrong in the folder; 2. the garbage disposal code was also wrong; and 3. towels were not provided though when we reserved, they were indicated as included

The apartment ticked most boxes. The pool was open as stated to 30/9 (+1!). We used the second bedroom and shower room only as main bedroom had a slight smokey smell and it would be likely that one kept stubbing their toe on base! Beds comfortable. Both spacious balconies had sun at different times of day. The sitting dining kitchen area good size (personally would have preferred slightly more raised settee seats). Nice apartment in good location. Thank you owners.
