Sleeping alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Balcony, west facing position. Balcony furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 22. Please note: non-smokers only. TV only FR. No lift. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Beautiful, comfortable residence "les Huskies", 4 storeys, surrounded by trees. On the outskirts, 600 m from the centre, in a quiet position, 8.7 km from the skiing area. In the complex: storage room for skis. Steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (limited number of spaces). Dimension: height 180 cm. Shop 500 m, restaurant 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 200 m, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 5.8 km. Tennis 200 m, minigolf, gondola lift 1.5 km, ski bus stop 200 m, ice rink 400 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: car recommended, no lift. Ski bus (free of charge).

850 - 2'525 m a.s.l. >>Well-known, family-friendly spa resort and mountain health resort with 5'500 inhabitants, 13 km from Megève, 20 km from Chamonix, 70 km from Genève. In the resort: grocery, butchery, bakery, post office, restaurant, bar, casino. Hiking, indoor aquatic centre, thermal bath oder hot springs, sauna, health cures. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Wellness park Les Thermes de Saint-Gervais 5 km, Cultural events Festival Mont Blanc d'Humour. Access: motorway a40, exit number 21 7 km from Saint Gervais. Market every Thursday, St Nicolas de Véroce: typical mountain village, Le Fayet: thermal park and dermatological care center - Bains du Mont Blanc. Ski lifts open in Winter (from mid-December to mid-April) and in summer (July - August).

Heated outdoor swimming pool. River rafting. Tennis. Minigolf. Paragliding, high rope course. 2 gondola lifts, hiking paths, mountain hikes, climbing. Mountain bike routes, mountain bikes for hire. Winter

Ski lifts open in July and August. Hiking trails accessible in spring ski-region Evasion Mont Blanc, total of 36 lifts. Gondola lifts, chair lifts, drag lifts, children's ski lifts. Total 420 km ski runs, snow park. Ski school, snowboard school, ski kindergarten. 115 km high altidude pistes 850 - 1'100 m high, ski walking paths, winter walking paths. Ice rink. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Les Houches. In Winter: please take snow chains.

Appartement au calme et très bien situé non loin du village. Rien n'a été oublié pour se sentir comme à la maison. De plus c'était très propre. La literie était très bien. Je recommande ++++

We really enjoyed our stay in Les Huskies apartment it is so cosy and very clean. The owners have made sure that it has everything you need for a comfortable stay it is very well thought out.The views from the balcony are amazing and the villiage of St Gervais is only a short walk away with a good choice of bars and resturants would highly recommend this apartment can't wait to return.

Parfait, bien aménagé, très propre, très agréable, bien situé. Petit souci avec le lave vaisselle qui ne fonctionnait plus, mais rien qui pouvait gâcher notre séjour. Rangement un peu juste, serait complique pour 4 adultes.

L'appartement est très agréable, parfaitement bien équipé. Tout est pensé pour accueillir et faciliter la vie des occupants. Produits de base (et au-delà) sont présents dans l'appartement, notamment toutes sortes d'épices pour se sentir "comme à la maison". Des jeux de société, des chargeurs de téléphone, des informations... C'est très agréable. Petit bémol : l'immeuble n'est pas très bien insonorisé et la literie de la chambre enfants est adaptée pour de jeunes enfants (peu confort pr adulte)

Location vraiment très agréable et nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis "chez-nous". La vue de la terrasse est superbe et L'aménagement intérieur est pensé jusqu'au moindre détail, rien ne manque ! L'ambiance chaleureuse et très cosy donne très envie de revenir dans cette location et de profiter de st Gervais en prenant le petit sentier.
