Private: property 700 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden. Patio (slide, swing, sandbox). In the house: WiFi, table football, air conditioning, washing machine. Grocery 600 m, restaurant 150 m, railway station 300 m, grass beach 100 m. Tennis 700 m.

Location Description Balatonboglar

Small, cosy, family-friendly holiday resort directly by the Lake Balaton, 44 km west from Siófok, 45 km south-east from Keszthely. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Sailing, surfing. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Beach volleybally court. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire.

Alles essenziell wichtige gut in Schuß. (Betten, Bäder, Küche, Möbel) Wir leben nach dem Motto Hinterlasse den Ort schöner als du ihn vorgefunden hast. Sämtliche Schränke und Kücheninventar wurden von uns gereinigt. Schlüsselübergabe verlief einfach & entspannt. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Teenagern im Ferienhaus. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, leider war der Geschirrspüler defekt. Der Aufenthaltsraum mit dem großen Tisch ist super, die TV Ecke ebenfalls. Der Garten mit Trampolin ist sehr kinderfreundlich, die Terrasse sehr schön. Alles war sauber, Kleinigkeiten sind renovierungs- bzw. reparaturbedürftig. Der Balaton ist keine 5 Minuten entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeit in knapp 10 Minuten. Parken kann man mit 2 PKW auf dem Grundstück.

Gut eingerichtete Küche, großer Eßbereich und Aufenthaltsraum. Schöner Garten zum Spielen für Kinder mit Trampolin. Stellplatz für 2 PKW.

Schönes Ferienhaus in StrandnäheOliver D.

Wir haben das Ferienhaus für einen Aufenthalt von 2 Wochen gebucht. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert über ein Touristenbüro in Balatonlelle (1 Ort weiter) möglich. Das Ferienhaus hat eigentlich alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Es ist auch eine Waschmaschine und mehrere Babybetten verfügbar. Der große Garten lädt zum Spielen für Groß und Klein ein. Für anfallende Reparaturarbeiten, steht der Nachbar zur Verfügung, welcher zwar kein deutsch, dafür aber sehr gut englisch spricht

Dům jsme obývali dvě rodiny - 4 dospělí, 8 dětí. Dům je velmi pěkný, v dobrém stavu, s velkou kuchyní i terasou. Velkou část zahrady stíní stromy, takže je zde příjemný chládek. V podkroví je klimatizace, takže není problém večer vychladit ložnice. V přízemí je celkem příjemný chládek i bez klimatizace. Dům je 300-400m od krásné pláže s pískem, kamínky a vším vybavením. Bližší pláž není vhodná ke koupání. Celkově jsme byli spokojeni.

Wir waren mit zwei Familien im Haus. Lage ist gut, zu Fuß ca. 100 Meter befindet sich der Plattensee. Das Haus war aber leider sehr schmutzig, sah aus, als wäre es gar nicht gereinigt( Staubsauger war da, aber kaputt) wir mussten selbst mit Reinigung anfangen, ein Bett war unbrauchbar( Lattenrost und Fuß unten gebrochen).Der Gartenbereich war auch nicht in Ordnung, Rasen nicht gemäht und Kinderschaukel kaputt ( diese wurden 3 Tage später behoben).
