Siófok: Cosy terraced house. In the resort, 1.2 km from the lake, 1.8 km from the beach. For shared use: property (fenced). Table tennis, fireplace. In the house: WiFi, central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine, heating to be paid on the spot. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery 500 m, restaurant 300 m, café 600 m, grass beach 1.2 km.

Location Description Siofok

Siofok is ideal for families with small children as the beaches are very child-friendly and the water along the south shore of Lake Balaton is shallow. Siofok is also great for young people with its many entertainment possibilities and active lifestyle. Large, famous, busy holiday resort directly by the Balaton Lake, in a busy, central position, 100 km south-west from Budapest, 50 km south from Balatonfüred. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, night club, casino, folklore evenings, concerts, evening entertainment, cinema, attractions. Lovely apartment but I misunderstood and thought it was the whole house we were booking but of course the description stated "Apartment" It is divided into 4 apartments. When we arrived we saw lots of men around the place playing loud music. We thought we had arrived at the wrong location. Fortunately they departed on our second day so the rest of the time was peaceful. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious with everything we needed.

Praktische Ferienwohnung in ruhigem Quartier Pro: Die Wohnung war sehr preisgünstig und mit allem Nötigen ausgerüstet. Contra: Laut Bildern in der App hatten wir die Wohnung vis-a-vis auf demselben Stockwerk gebucht. So hatten wir z.B. keinen Balkon.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es war alles Notwendige vorhanden (Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine,...). Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und bemüht. Abends war es ab und zu laut durch Hundegebell, da es in der Umgebung sehr viele Hunde gibt. Zum See ist es etwa 25 Minuten zu gehen (mit Kind). Parken beim See ist möglich, 200 Forint/Stunde.

Apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The apartment was also clean. Parking space was available within the house. Hosts was available all the time and very helpful. They were also very flexible with checkin and checkout times.
