Parking on the premises. Grocery 900 m, bus stop "Campitello di Fassa" 800 m, indoor swimming pool 4.1 km. Ski lift 1.6 km, gondola lift 1.6 km, ski bus stop 50 m, cross country ski track 450 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Col Rodella (Sella Ronda) 1.6 km, Belvedere 3.7 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

1'450 m a.s.l. >>Winter and summer holiday resort situated in the Val di Fassa valley, 56 km east of Bolzano, on the road to Passo Pordoi ( 2239 m) in the Dolomiti area. Beautifull view of the Dolomiti. Shops, restaurants, swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts and several bars and disco. Mountain village.

Summer

Cable car to the Belvedere from which there is a wonderfull view of the Dolomite. Rock climbing and walking path on the Marmolada ( 3342 m).

Winter

Ski-region Moena-Canazei, total of 60 lifts. 78 ski runs, total length 150 km, snowboard slope. Ski school, snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. Canazei is also connected with the Dolomiti Superski: 450 wonderful ski runs for a total of 1200 km. Snowboards slopes. Ski school also for children from the age of 3. Many cross country ski trails.

Voor 4 personen vinden wij het iets beperkt omdat het balkon erg klein is terwijl het uitzicht en de ligging mooi is. Maar met 4 personen kun je daar niet zitten. Wij misten een paar makkelijke tuinstoelen voor op het balkon. Ligging t. o. v centrum, skibus en Rodella gondel geweldig.
