Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher) with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration). Bath/bidet/WC. Upper floor: 1 open room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. 2nd upper floor: 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings, without wardrobe with separate WC. Electric heating, gas heating (extra). Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. Patio 8 m2. Balcony furniture. View of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra). Please note: smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The room with the bunk beds overlooks a pond with aquatic plants.
