Very comfortable apartment block, 3 storeys. 350 m from the centre of Alassio, 8 km from the centre of Marina di Andora, 6 km from the centre of Albenga, in a sunny position, 600 m from the sea. In the house: lift. Parking at the house. Supermarket, restaurant 350 m, bar 300 m, bus stop 450 m, railway station "Alassio" 800 m, sandy beach 600 m. Marina 3.5 km, indoor tennis centre 100 m. Nearby attractions: Muretto Alassio 900 m, Villa della Pergola 1.5 km, Parco San Rocco 50 m.

Wir waren im Juli/August 2024 für zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft. Alles ist vorhanden um sich selber zu versorgen. Auch der große Kühlschrank mit drei Gefrierfächern war mega. Leider gab es für unsere zwei Kids nur eine Bettdecke und Matratzentuch so das sie auch nur ein Bett benutzen konnten. So wurde ein Zimmer kaum genutzt. Außerdem wurden wir vor Anreise nicht informiert, dass das halbe Haus eingerüstet ist. Ab morgens acht Uhr Baulärm und wir konnten den großen Balkon dadurch nicht nutzen.

Die Wohnung ist in einem Top-Zustand und wie auf den Bildern. Ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Im Gebäude befinden sich keine weiteren Ferienwohnungen, sondern Miet- und Eigentumswohnungen. Zurzeit ist ein Aussengerüst aufgestellt, es wurde aber nur an einem Tag gearbeitet. Wer einen öffentlichen Strand in Alassio sucht, wird nicht glücklich. Zwischen Alassio und Laigueglia ist jedoch ein grösserer öffentlicher Sandstrand zu finden.

Die Liegenschaft liegt abseits des Verkehrs, ist toll renoviert und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betreuung vor Ort war hervorragend.

geräumige, renovierte Ferienwohnung im 2 OG. Meerblick nur vom Balkon aus und auch nur bedingt. Ruhige erhöhte Lage, zu Fuss ist man schnell im Zentrum.
