Location Description Civezza

10 m a.s.l. >>Imperia lies on the "Riviera di Ponente" (west of Genoa). It consists of two distinct parts: Oneglia and Porto Maurizio. San Remo with its elegant shops and the Casino is 21 km away. Montecarlo 72 km. Nice airport 92 km. Genoa airport 110 km. Good transport connections. The Impero valley, north of Oneglia is covered in olive groves. Palms, magnolia trees, carnations and rose fields, parks. Lots of entertainment facilities. Nautical school, small tourist harbour, riding, tennis, minigolf, swimming pool, lido, water skiing. Well-known town. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Die Wohnung ist groß, hell und gut ausgestattet. Aufgrund der Lage am Berg wird die Wohnung sehr heiß (ca. 30 Grad im August). Selbst durch nächtliches Lüften sinkt diese kaum ab. Aufgrund fehlender Fliegengitter wurden wir sehr von Mücken geplagt. Zu erwähnen sind an dieser Stelle noch nächtlich streitende Katzen und ein schnarchender Nachbarshund, der im Garten schläft. Die Terrasse ist schön groß und bietet einen tollen Blick über Civezza und das Meer. Es sind ausreichend Stellplätze vorhande

Alles Klamm, kalt und modrig riechend. Da nützt auch Duftspray nix. Selber Grundreinigung der Wohnung, incl. aller Küchenschubladen, Besteck, Tassen, Backblechen etc. Alles durch die Spühlmaschine gejagt. Wir sind froh unser eigenes Bettzeug dabeigehabt zu haben. Wohnung von 12 Grad aufheizen, fast nicht möglich, Fliesen trotzdem eiskalt von unten. Ca 1300 TV-Kanäle nur arabisch und Polnisch. Nur der Schlüsselhalter, war richtig nett und zuvorkommend. Er konnte da wirklich nichts dafür.
