Upper floor: (open staircase) living/sleeping room with 1 folding bed, dining table, satellite TV and wood-burning stove. Exit to the terrace. Gas heating. Heating available only from 15.10. to 30.04. Terrace 20 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Beautiful view of the sea, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: washing machine. Cosy house "Danese", terraced. In the centre of Civezza, 4 km from the centre of San Lorenzo al Mare, 8 km from the centre of Imperia - Porto Maurizio, traffic calmed area, 4.5 km from the sea. Footpath to the house. Public parking 100 m. Shop 100 m, supermarket 5 km, bus stop 140 m, sandy beach "San Lorenzo al Mare" 4.5 km, rocky beach "San Lorenzo al Mare" 4.5 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 27 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.

Location Description Imperia

10 m a.s.l. >>Imperia lies on the "Riviera di Ponente" (west of Genoa). It consists of two distinct parts: Oneglia and Porto Maurizio. San Remo with its elegant shops and the Casino is 21 km away. Montecarlo 72 km. Nice airport 92 km. Genoa airport 110 km. Good transport connections. The Impero valley, north of Oneglia is covered in olive groves. Palms, magnolia trees, carnations and rose fields, parks. Lots of entertainment facilities. Nautical school, small tourist harbour, riding, tennis, minigolf, swimming pool, lido, water skiing. Well-known town. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Civezza ist ein wunderschöner Ort mit rustikalen Steinhäusern und so auch diese Ferienwohnung. Sie hat viel Charme und eine wunderschöne Terrasse. Leider muss ich einige Punkte abziehen, da so mehrere Dinge im Haus erneuert werden müssten. Beginnend mit dem defekten Sonnenschirm, den Handgriff ins Obergeschoss, die undichte Dusche, defekte Kühlschrankeinhänger und noch viele Kleinigkeiten. Das ist schade, denn man müsste gar nicht viel Geld investieren…

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut in einem Bergdorf, es gibt ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zwei sehr gute Restaurant sind in Laufweite. Die Wohnung selbst ist naja. Das Bad ist klein und häufig feucht, was nach paar Tagen unangenehm wird. Weiterhin kann man die Schlafzimmertür nicht abschließen. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Klobrille kaputt und wir mussten mehrmals nachfragen und paar Tage abwarten bis es repariert wurde. Ort würden wir weiterempfehlen, diese Wohnung allerdings nicht.

Das Ferienhaus liegt wie beschrieben in einem kleinen Bergdorf in charmanter Umgebung. Die Bewohner und Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist einfach ausgestattet, bietet aber das Nötigste. Leider sind einige Einrichtungsgegenstände inzwischen ziemlich verbraucht und machten einen verwahrlosten Eindruck: Terassenmöbel waren kaputt, das Bad ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß, dort fehlte u.a. der Toilettendeckel. Das zweite Schlafzimmer liegt im Keller und ist nur über eine steile Treppe erreichbar.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, hervorzuheben ist die tolle Terasse und sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, Nicht funktioniert hat das WLAN und der DVD Spieler, wir hätten uns auch gerne eine Einweisung für die Wohnung gewünscht, wäre hilfreich gewesen zb Heizkörper oft sehr heiß ,erst am Ende des Urlaubs den Regler an der Wand bei den Toiletten entdeckt

Schlüsselübergabe + Kommunikation vorort hat nur über Whats App stattgefunden und war nicht gut. Keine Infos über Haus und Ort 2. Schlafzimmer war/ist fensterlos, stickig u. feucht (im Keller) und für uns nicht benutzbar. Küche nicht sehr sauber. Staubfäden im Geschirrschrank. Dusche im Bad ist Problem. Wasser läuft ständig aus der Duschwanne raus. Für den Zustand der Unterkunft ist die Wohnung viel zu teuer. Wir waren schon öfter in Ligurien, hatten noch nie eine so lieblose Wohnung!

die Wohnung liegt im verschachtelten alten Ortskern von Civezza und hat den Charme der alten Baustruktur wunderbar erhalten. Der Meerblick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft.

Nous avons passés un trés bon séjour la maison est agréable trés bien équipée dans un beau petit village. Si j'avais juste une remarque c'est la machine à lavé à coté de la douche cela me semble un peu dangereux.
