Outdoor shower, patio, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Motor access to the house (300 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, grocery 2.5 km, supermarket 2.7 km, restaurant 2.8 km, bar 2.5 km, bicycle rental 2.5 km, sandy beach "Follonica" 35 km. Sports harbour 35 km, golf course (18 hole) 28 km, walking paths from the house 1.7 km. Nearby attractions: Montemassi 7 km, Roccastrada 14 km, Massa Marittima 29 km, Castiglione della Pescaia 45 km, Siena 66 km, San Galgano Abbey 28 km. Accueil sympathique. Maison spacieuse en pleine campagne. La maison ne possède pas de volets, pas de doubles rideaux ni de ventilateur ou de clim. Ce qui la rend très chaude en été et qui ne permet pas de faire la grasse matinée…

Dům v olivoníkovém háji je na klidném místě, s krásným výhledem, je to oáza klidu, kde se dá skvěle relaxovat. Cesta k němu ale vede po úzké silničce, prudce se svažující dolů, pak se asfalt mění na štěrkovou cestu. Sjíždět tuto cestu octávií byl docela adrenalin. Určitě je vhodné vyšší auto. Dům je čistý, vybavený ale raději si sebou vezměte odpadkové pytle a toaletní papír a spray proti hmyzu, i když v oknech jsou sítě, stejně jsme byli poštípaní. Majitelé vstřícní a milí.

Pracht locatie en mooi huis Pro: Het huis is heel prachtig en rustig gelegen. De eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijke mensen.\nHet eten in hun restaurant is ook heel lekker. Contra: Eigenlijk is er niets dat niet beviel. Maar misschien moeten ze wel eens nadenken over airco in het huisje.\nHet kan daar heel warm zijn en dan is een koel huisje wel een verademing.

Wir hatten sehr entspannte erholsame Tage in diesem Ferienhaus.. Grundstück alles war sehr idyllisch..... einziges Manko die An und Abfahrt zum Haus....10 min. sehr Kurvenreich und sehr eng und ein kurzes Stück sehr steil .. bis man zur Hauptstraße kommt.
