Slech onderhouden appartement Jan D.

Twee maal een monteur moeten inschakelen. Lekkende airco's waardoor plas water in woonkamer en keuken kapotte vaatwasser. Nagenoeg geen waterdruk. Douchen allen koud water. Kraan mengde niet. Van de twee boilers was er één defect. Achterstallig onderhoud. Appartement had niet verhuurd mogen worden!
