Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 pull-out bed. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings). 2 showers/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Large terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra). Internet (WiFi, extra).

Beautiful terraced house "Mirto Marino". In the district of Monte Nai 250 m from the centre of Costa Rei, 16 km from the centre of Villasimius, 60 km from the centre of Cagliari, at the seaside, direct access to the beach. Private: beautiful garden (not fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. Outdoor shower, parking at the house. Shop 200 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 200 m, sandy beach 50 m.

Haus in einer Top Lage, 50 Meter vom Starnd und die Läden und Restaurants liegen dahinter alles schnell und bequem zu erreichen. Das einzige was ich bemängeln kann ist die Ausstattung in der Küche, da fehlt viel. Die Pfannen sind verbäult, wenig Besteck u.s.w. Der Kühlschrank ging nicht immer zu und die Waschmaschine, da ging leider nur ein Programm. Das Meer ist aber so toll, da sieht man gerne über solche Sachen hinweg. Die Agentur und der Service waren super.

Mangelhaft gereinigt, sehr wenig GeschirrNathalie M.

Leider waren wir diesesmal sehr enttäuscht. Es war alles ziemlich schmutzig. Die Vormieter sind ausgezogen und die Nachbarn erzählten uns das das Haus nur 30 min gereinigt wurde.. So sah es auch aus. Wir haben Bilder gemacht, Von Bädern, Schlafzimmer, Küche. Es war nicht gefegt und gewischt vernünftig. Matratzen total verschmutzt, Stuhlgang in Toilette, Waschbecken Ränder von Seife und Staubig. Fehlte ein Spiegel. Kehrblech kaputt. Küche total fettig alles. Alles verstaubt. Traurig wirklich

Entspannung beim TraumstrandUrsula L.

Nur durch ein schmales Schilfband vom traumhaften Sandstrand getrennt. In der Nachsaison sehr ruhig mit viel Privatsphäre. Trotzdem zentral gelegen, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Ein sympathischer Kraftort zur Enspannung aber auch vielen Sport- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Haus, schöne Umgebung Ein wenig mehr Besteck u.a. in der Küche wäre wünschenswert. Die Zudecken waren für April etwas zu dünn.

Sehr schönes Haus in unmittelbarer Nähe zum StrandOliver S.

Wir waren zu sechst in den ersten zwei Wochen im Oktober hier. Das Haus ist für sechs Personen grosszügig und auch den Garten und die überdachte Veranda, haben wir sehr genossen. Das Wasser im Meer ist noch schön warm. Dank der warmen Dusche im Garten, war auch die Abkühlung durch den etwas starken Wind am Strand nicht so schlimm. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Gepflegtes Haus mit allem Komfort, ein paar Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Das Quartier ist sehr beliebt bei Familien mit Kleinkindern - entsprechender Lärmpegel. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nah - jede Konversation muss ungewollt mitgehört werden.

Wir mussten zuerst in ein anderes Haus einziehen. Nach einer Woche Umzug in das gebuchte Haus. Alles etwas chaotisch. Kloakengeruch direkt vor dem Haus, wie schon bemängelt, stimmt Interchalet nur sehr schwer erreichbar. In der Konstellation nicht zu empfehlen.

Ottima vicinanza al mare, veramente a pochi passi. Idem per il centro, raggiungibile a piedi. Spazio esterno molto sfruttabile e doccia esterna comoda. Stanze un po’ troppo calde con aria condizionata posizionata in soggiorno e corridoio anticamere. Qualche zanzara di troppo.
