Die Ferienwohnung war insgesamt befriedigend, das Bad mangelhaft wegen der Dusche. Ruhige, aber zentrale Lage in San Teodoro. Das gesamte Gebäude mit 8 Wohneinheiten steht derzeit zum Verkauf.

Urlaub mit lauten NachbarnBarbara S.

Wir hatten eine andere Wohnung als die gebuchte. Der Vermieter legt in der Nachsaison die wenigen Touristen, die noch da sind eng zusammen. Das spart Arbeit und bedeutet für die Urlauber man hat Nachbarn über sich und nebenan. Die Häuser sind extrem hellhörig, die Terrassen nur mit einer Sichtblende getrennt. Beschwerden ändern nichts !

Die Fotos in der Ausschreibung sind Beispielbilder. Die Häuser/Wohnungen sind individuell gestaltet und möbliert. Die Unterbringung erfolgte in einem gebuchten Wohnungstyp.

Good location, very close to centre. Pro: Accomodation office nice and helpful. Good area. Contra: Not the easiest to find at first! Could do with WiFi and AC.

La casa vacanze è in una postazione strategica, la struttura della casa è buona ma tenuta male per quanto riguarda la cucina e il bagno. A causa del frigorifero guasto abbiamo dovuto gettare prodotti freschi per un importo considerevole. Dopo due giorni ci è stato sostituito. Scarsi anche gli utensili per la cucina. Box doccia guasto, metà chiuso da una tenda!

A shower tent is temporarily in place until this is fixed. With regards to kitchen utensils, we would appreciate a reporting on the spot, so that any specific needs can be met on the spot.
