Exit to the veranda. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating, air-conditioning. Heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 2 large double bedrooms, each room with air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Bath/bidet/WC.

The Medici Palazzo now serving as a town hall and the cathedral reconstructed in the 16th and 17th centuries are worth a visit. Resort with 12'500 inhabitants, in the north-western part of the region, situated at the foot of the Alpi Apuane, in a convenient position, 5 km north from Pietrasanta, 38 km north-west from Lucca. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Die Zufahrt ist ohne Allrad fast nicht möglich, bzw. mit großem Aufwand verbunden. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch war soweit alles vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr gut und durch die Ruhe am Haus konnte man gut schlafen. Zur Vermieterin gab es keinen Kontakt, auch wenige Informationen zur Umgebung. Der Blick von der schönen Terrasse ist traumhaft.

Schoon,enigzins gedateerd huis,rustige omgeving. Van vele gemakken voorzien,deels gemoderniseerd. Communicatie met de beheerder was prettig. De kleine wenteltrap is even wennen en opletten. Bedden wat hard (natuurlijk een kwestie van voorkeur), maar matrassen zijn niet oud. Slaapbank in de woonkamer. In 10 min op asfaltbergweg naar boven (haarspeltbochten). 30m toegangsweg naar huis zeer steil, lastig te rijden. Dan 50 meter omhoog lopen(!) Betaalbare winkel: Eurospin in Querceta of div Conad

Sehr guter gesamteindruck nur der Parkplatz war sehr mühsam um unsere Koffer ins Haus zu bringen ansonsten alles gut außer die Verständigung mit dem Eugentümerin

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Von der Terrasse hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf unterliegende Ortschaften und das Meer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein sehr schönes Haus. Ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber total gemütlich. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Es war alles vorhanden. Küche mit Top Gasherd, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine usw. alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Wohnzimmer mit Smart TV, schnelles WLAN, Zwei Badezimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer. Grill im Außenbereich (könnte ein bisschen großer sein), eine große Terrasse mit Marmortisch, Liegestühle usw. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse einfach genial. Rechts und links die Berge,
