Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Marvellous panoramic view of the sea, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Reserved parking (roofed). Please note: TV only ES. No lift. The triangle shape pool visible on the photos is filled with sea water, not recommended for bathing. Restricted access to kids, only with adult supervision. Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Motor access (ramp). Roofed, parking (for 2 cars). Grocery 400 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 200 m, bar 150 m, shingle beach "El Pas" 100 m, diving center 50 m. Sports harbour 50 m, golf course (18 hole) 28 km. Nearby attractions: Cadaqués 13 km, Parc natural del Cap de Creus 1.5 km, Aquabrava Roses (Aquapark) 20 km, Golf Peralada 25 km, Casino Peralada 25 km, Museo Dali Figueres 30 m. In the coastal area of Cap de Creus, there are lots of beaches and coves with crystal clear waters and a unique aquatic flora. Wide bay ideal for water sports. Important information regarding the local tax: the amount is charged per person per day, with a maximum stay of 7 days and children 16 years and under are exempt from payment. Fishing village with 800 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the region, 8 km north-west from Cadaqués, 15 km north-east from Roses, 15 km east from Figueres.
