Well-known, busy, family-friendly town and holiday village with 67'000 inhabitants, in the south-western part of the region, directly by the sea, in a convenient position, 85 km south-west from Málaga, 25 km west from Marbella. Estepona has various attractions such as the Botanical-Orchid Park with a total area of ​​16,230 square meters divided into 3 areas: an outdoor park, an access square where we find a large 17-meter-high waterfall and an orchid garden, with more than 5,000 plants, including more than 1,300 species of orchids from around the world. Inaugurated in 1999, is the Selwo Aventura theme park and zoo, with more than 100 hectares and more than 1000 animals in semi-freedom conditions, in different ecosystems. In its commitment to culture, it offers us curious and imaginative murals that decorate city buildings of various kinds, sculptures and museums such as the Mirador del Carmen exhibition center with the Carmen Thyssen exhibition on Spanish authors, a paleontological museum, an ethnographic museum or archeological Museum. Regarding its 17 beaches, among which we find Playa de la Rada, Playa del Cristo, La Galera, Bahía Dorada, Arroyo Vaquero, Costa Natura (nudist), Atalaya, Costalita or Playa Bella, we can highlight the number of beach bars or bars of beach and the 7 beacon towers distributed along its 23 km of coastline that are the testimony of a defense system that lasted until the 19th century: Arroyo Vaquero, Saladavieja, Padrón, Velerín, Guadalmansa or Desmochada, Saladillo and Baños or Casasola. Appartement pas mal localisé (qq km à pied du centre d'Estepona), grand, disposant de toutes les commodités. Piscine très bien entretenue. Idem pour les communs. Quelques bemols à savoir: l'appartement est situé au bord d'une autoroute. Aussi, il est impossible de garder les fenêtres ouvertes ni de profiter de la terrasse tellement il y a du bruit. Par ailleurs, côté nettoyage, l'appartement nécessiterait d'être nettoyé à fond. Plein de poussière, de cheveux ..

We feel we have made a friend with our host M. J. She was so very kind and helpful from the very start of our holiday when handing over the keys. She had videos to show us how everything worked. She was always available to help with any queries and made our whole experience very relaxing.   Everyone on the complex was very friendly saying good morning. The pool area was very clean and well maintained. There was always a parking space in the car park.  The apartment had everything we needed

Lovely apartment . Clean and very comfortable beds. M. who was our link to the property was excellent. Very helpful and exceptionally friendly. Gave us so much information to make our stay pleasant. There was only one downside and that was workman waking us every weekday with hammering from 7.45 am and as in other VRBO properties we've stayed at before we were always greeted with a welcome pack which would have been nice and helpful as we started our holiday on a Sunday and no shops were open

Very well equipped unit with incredible views. Ideal for those who like to walk. Adjacent to the oceanside trail to access the beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Quiet building located on the outskirts of town. New windows, appliances and updated bathroom fixtures are a nice touch. Traffic noise from a nearby highway can be mitigated by keeping the windows closed and using the two zone a/c system.
