The villa is a very nice house, tastefully furnished with focus on details. Comfortable beds and good size bathrooms. Lots of room to relax and have fun. Kitchen well equipped. The kids loved the pool right away. Property grounds and pool very cleaned. The views were spectacular! Privacy is something we appreciate and this one met up to our expectations.

We arrived and were made to feel very welcome by P. and C. The house was very clean and tidy and very private. The pool was lovely and the BBQ was brilliant. Although the last bit of the road up to the house is very narrow we soon got used to it. We were literally only 5 mins from the centre of Almunecar where we found some lovely cafes and restaurants and all very reasonably priced. We had a fabulous relaxing holiday and would thoroughly recommend it.

The apartment and the gated community was very nice. The swimming pool was not available as it was out of season. It was convenient for all of our needs and walking distance of the beach and the old town. However, it was not conducive for a 3 week stay as there was no change of bedding and the information given with regards to the TV and its many channels did not mention that they were all in Spanish or German. Being British and elderly it was necessary to have some programmes in English

Our stay in La Herradura was amazing thanks to the great accommodation and brilliant Host, A. Although we had some minor issues when we arrived there these were sorted straight away and she was always on call when needed, she also provided good information on directions and the property before we arrived and also provided us with food & drink for our late arrival.  Would highly recommend this property but advise to hire a car as it is slightly isolated, but 5mins from centre of town.

Villa is positioned high above Almunecar and provides spectacular views. The position allows for sunshine throughout most of the day. The Villa has been beautifully and expensively decorated, with all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. Excellent BBQ arrangement. Spotlessly clean. Lots of outside space. Accommodation is comfortable for two. A walk to the beach has to be by road and takes about 40 minutes there and a sweaty 50 minutes back! Next time I would take my Subaru!

Modern, spacious and clean. Comfortable beds and good facilities. Great views over the bay from the terrace and air conditioning in all rooms. Nicely furnished and good parking. There is a need for a few sharp knives in the kitchen for cooking as only one small sharp knife. We found the hot water wasn’t sufficient and ran out after two short showers. The hot water tank was small. A 10 to 15 min walk to the centre and quite steep on the way back. Watch out for traffic as no pavements.

We have just returned from La Herradura staying in the lovely holiday home. It was such a good place to stay. Very very clean and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the hot water plentiful. The Interhome representative... was excellent, keeping us informed and answered questions promptly. I would thoroughly recommend this holiday home.
