The Zweitälersteig is a circular route of about 108 km that begins in Waldkirch and leads through the Black Forest as well as the Elz Valley and Simonswälder Valley. The hiking trail goes up to the Kandel and past the ruins of Schwarzenburg. In total, there are 4,120 meters of elevation on the beautiful route.
At the parking lot of the Todtmoos swimming pool, the approximately 12-kilometer-long Gourmet Trail - Lebküchlerweg begins. First, you stroll through the mystical Raven Gorge. The path continues above the Black Rocks to the Rudolf-Jordan Hut. Now the forest clears, and you enjoy a magnificent view of the Todtmoos Valley and the Hotzenwald.
The circular hiking trail, designated as a gourmet path, takes about 2.5 hours from the Mummelsee over the summit of the Hornisgrinde and crosses a primeval high moor landscape. The entry point is located behind the Berghotel Mummelsee. On the way up, a short detour to the Katzenkopf offers a fantastic view of the lake landscape.
The Gourmet Trail Baiersbronn starts at the Sommerseite parking lot. The first part of the route runs on natural paths past Waldacker. Soon you will reach the viewpoint at Petermännle, where, according to legend, a little man lived. The next notable point is Labronnerkopf, which is at an altitude of 820 m.
The premium hiking trail Durbach Wine Panorama is 15.3 km long. It starts and ends in Durbach in the middle of the Black Forest. Through vineyards and forest, it leads to the viewpoint at Plauelrainer Köpfle and continues to the chapel ruins of St. Anton in the Hardtwald, where ivy and roses climb the outer walls.
Start your approximately four-hour circular hike at the Mösle hiking car park in Hinterdorf. A narrow path leads through a large pasture field to the 1,062 m high Schwarzberg with great views. The descent is lined with marshy meadows in the catchment area of a former glacier. Water-rich streams rush down the valley. Imaginatively designed rest areas invite you to take a break.
