Lawn, gazebo with lake view, garden grill, garage, 1 covered car parking space, 2 further parking spaces and a charging station for electric cars. 7 rooms on 3 floors. Ground floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, double bedroom with shower/toilet/sauna, sep. toilet. 1st floor: Large living room with seating area & tiled stove, open transition to dining room, open kitchen with dining area for 5 persons. 2nd floor: Entrance, double bedroom & bedroom with four single beds, large bathroom. The deep blue Lake Thun beckons a few minutes' walk away for swimming & sunbathing. The cottage has: Wi-Fi, barbecue, sauna, TV, radio and much more. Bed, toilet and kitchen linen 30.00 CHF/person, final cleaning 200.00 CHF. At check-in, a deposit of CHF 600.00 or Euro 600.00 is paid in cash. Dogs cost 45.00 CHF per stay/dog, maximum two dogs are allowed, payment in cash on site. The apartment is to be left broom-clean at the check-out. Please observe the current guidelines of the Federal Office of Public Health regarding the maximum number of persons indoors.
