No trough traffic and just five minutes walk to the center. 25m2 size, cosy appartment on the ground floor with a living- / bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Public transport included in the Simmental and Saanenland with the SIMMENTAL CARD: Overnight guests in the Lenk-Simmental holiday region travel free of charge on public transport for excursions with a valid guest card. Incl. electricity, parking, water,kitchen- and bath towels, bed linen, final cleaning.

Prior to your departure, you will receive the key collection information for your stay, along with your travel documents.

1'020 - 2'000 m a.s.l. >>Well-known, cosy, family-friendly holiday resort with 2'400 inhabitants, at the end of a valley, 83 km from Bern. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage. Numerous activities on offer for children in summer and winter.

Summer

Outdoor swimming pool. River rafting. Tennis (6 outdoor courts), golf course 18 hole in Saanenmöser 21 km. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Paragliding. 2 mountain lifts, 180 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground, kindergarten from 3 years.

Winter

Ski-region Lenk - Adelboden. 56 mountain lifts. Total 185 km ski runs, snowboard slope, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school (downhill, cross country), snowboard school, children's ski school from 3 years old, ski kindergarten from 3 years old. 42 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths 70 km. 1 toboggan run (long 3 km). Artificial ice rink, curling, curling. Ski bus. Further ski-regions: St.Stephan/Saanenmöser(Gstaad) at 8 km.

Altes Haus in guter ... Walter D.

Altes Haus in guter Lage sollte einmal renoviert werden. Pro: Wohnung und Lage Contra: Wohnzimmer ist nicht gut eingerichtet Tisch und Eckbank sind zu wuchtig, brauchen viel Platz. Die Betten könnten auch mit einem Chautsch oder Schrankbett ersetzt werden. Somit hätte man viel mehr Offenheit im Stübchen.
