Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Apartment block "Krokus". In the centre of Wengen, in a central, quiet, sunny position on a slope. In the house: central heating system. Pre-arrival grocery service. Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar, bakery 100 m, 2 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Lauterbrunnen (by train)" 3.1 km, railway station "Wengen" 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 600 m. Cable car, skisport facilities, children's playground 100 m. Please note: car-free holiday complex. Arrival via mountain railway. Arrival is only possible by train from Lauterbrunnen – 14 minutes driving time.

1'274 m a.s.l. >>Famous, idyllic, car-free holiday resort with 1'300 inhabitants, on top of a hill, situated at the foot of a mountain, on a plateau with beautiful view, 12 km from Interlaken, 15 km from Grindelwald. In the resort: shops, grocery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, night club, cinema. Wellness centre. Besides: doctor. Sights Männlichen, Jungfraujoch, Schilthorn, Trümmelbachfälle, Schynige Platte, Harder, First. Access: no access to the resort by car, reachable only by railway. The journey is made by rack railway (extra) from Lauterbrunnen. Parking spaces available at the train station.

Summer

Heated outdoor swimming pool. Tennis (2 outdoor courts). Minigolf. Paragliding. Mountain lifts, cableways, hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing, children's hiking paths. Mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground.

Winter

Ski-region Jungfrau-Top Ski Region, total of 43 lifts. Total 213 km ski runs (30 % easy, 50 % intermediate, 20 % difficult), snow park. Ski school (downhill), snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. Winter walking paths 50 km. 4 toboggan runs. Artificial ice rink, curling. Free parking space for skis and ski boots at Central Sport.

Pro: Küchenausstattung ist top, grösse des Studios sehr grosszügig, sehr gute Lage im Zentrum von Wengen, Potente Heizung. Contra: Teilweise ordentlich Lärm vom Skiaufbewahrungsraum, der gleich an die Wohnung angrenzt, Liegesofa für Leute mit Rückenschmerzen nicht optimal, für ein paar Tage ist es aber ok!
