Terrace furniture, deck chairs (1). Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Alvaneu Bad 3 km from Tiefencastel: 2-family house "Deli", 927 m a.s.l., detached, surrounded by trees. On the outskirts, 50 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, along the wooded area. For shared use: well-kept garden, lawn for sunbathing. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). 100 m long steep, narrow motor access to the grounds. Width of access road: 240 cm. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Grocery 3 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 7 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 400 m, walking paths from the house 5 m, cross country ski track 100 m. Nearby attractions: Bergün 11 km, Chur 33 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Lenzerheide 15 km, Savognin 15 km, Davos 29 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives in the same residence. The owner has a dog.

1'476 - 2'865 m a.s.l. >>Well-known summer holiday resort and winter sports resort, on a plateau with beautiful view, 18 km south from Chur. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium. Access: motorway A13 Zürich - San Bernardino, exit number 17 "Chur Süd" 18 km from Lenzerheide. Then road Chur - Parpan - Lenzerheide. Access via a mountain road. Access by train Zürich - Chur. Railway station "Chur" 18 km. Bus connection.

Summer

Bathing lake. Outdoor swimming pool. Tennis (2 indoor courts), golf course 18 hole. Fitness course. Summer tobbogan run, high rope course. 1 cableways, 1 gondola lift, 4 chair lifts, 180 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours. Bicycle paths, 250 km mountain bike routes. Children's playground.

Winter

Ski-region Lenzerheide-Arosa. 2 cableways, 1 cabin cabin, 11 chair lifts, 26 drag lifts, 4 children's ski lifts. 60 ski runs, total length 225 km, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. 52 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths 80 km. 5 toboggan runs (long 13.6 km). Ice rink, curling, indoor tennis centre.

Een rustige plek in dit slaperige dorp. Maar je kunt alle kanten uit en is dus prima geschikt voor uitstapjes in de omgeving. Het toegangsweggetje naar de woning is wel heel krap, maar voor een geoefende rijder geen probleem.

Ein schön eingerichtetes Haus, geschmackvoll und sauber. Pro: Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles an, was man braucht, sie ist kuschelig warm und ruhig. Die Lage ist schön und der Weg zum Wald und zu den Loipen (im Winter) ist kurz. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Contra:

Freundliche Vermieterin. Gepflegte und saubere Wohnung für zwei Personen. Gutes Mobiliar und praktische Küche. Rasenvorplatz mit Sitzgelegenheit. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Zufahrt ein wenig schmal. Schnelle erreichbar sind: Savognin, Lenzerheide, Landwasserviadukt, Filisur, Albula und Davos.
