Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Delizio) extra, combination microwave) with dining table. Bath/WC, shower/WC, double hand-basin. Large balcony 21 m2, south-east facing position. Balcony furniture, covered balcony. Beautiful view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 32. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Old apartment house "Altein", renovated in 2021. In the centre 1.3 km from the centre of Davos Platz, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, south-east facing position. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Grocery 200 m, supermarket, shopping centre 150 m, restaurant, bus stop 200 m, railway station 2 km, indoor swimming pool 300 m. Wir waren mit der Wohnung zufrieden, der Balkon mit der Aussicht hat uns gut gefallen. Die Küche war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, es fehlten Eierlöffel und Kuchengabeln, das Besteck war ein Sammelsurium, bei den Bratpfannen war die Beschichtung kaputt, die haben wir lieber nicht benutzt. Auch die Kochtöpfe hatten ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Trotzdem würden wir die Wohnung wieder buchen, sie liegt optimal, sie ist groß genug für alle gewesen. Bäder waren auch sehr schön.

A stylish, classic chalet appartment in a convienient and quiet location in Davos. Supermarket and bus stop 5 minute walk A good kitchen and bathrooms. Living room was good for up to 4-5 people with a single large sofa and chairs. Fantastic south facing large balcony.

Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. Toletten/Badezimmer sind neu - bestens! Die Küche ist umfassend ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Besteck, Geräten usw. und einem Tisch mit 6 Stühlen, so dass alle dort essen können. Allerdings ist es zum Essen gemütlicher in der schönen Stube. Entlang der Wohnung mit Ausgang von der Stube und zwei Schlafzimmern erstreckt sich ein langer, breiter Balkon - mit Liege, Tisch und Stühlen, für "Zum's Vieri". Wir sind sehr zufrieden!

Lovely view from the balcony of this older residence; both bathrooms nicely renovated, kitchen very well equipped but a little gloomy. Short walk to two supermarkets. Equidistant from Davos-Dorf and Davos-Platz stations.

Bardzo ładny, przestronny i dobrze wyposażony apartament. Piękne widoki i cisza sprzyjają w relaksowaniu się i wypoczynkowi. Plusem dwie przestronne łazienki i w miarę duża kuchnia, gdzie można przygotować i spożywać posiłki. Szkoda, że nie wliczono w cenę apartamentu wymaganych specjalnych worków na śmiecie z napisem DAVOS , co było na początku lekkim zgrzytem !
