Lugano: Cosy apartment house "Il Parco", surrounded by trees. In the centre of Lugano, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. For shared use: park 400 m2, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (above ground) angular (3 x 6 m, 75 m2, depth 140 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 04.Jun. - 15.Sep. pool opening hours: 08:00-12:30 and 14:00-22:00) with internal staircase and shutter cover. Outdoor shower. In the house: WiFi, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 1 km, railway station "LUGANO SBB-CFF". Walking paths from the house 50 m. Nearby attractions: Parco Ciani, Lido Lugano, Gandria, Porlezza-Como IT, Swissminiatur, Melide, Mercato Como, Luino, Ponte Tresa IT, Outlet Fowtown, Mendrisio. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nara, Airolo, Campra, Campo Blenio, Bosco Gurin. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Lugano, Lago di Como, Lago Maggiore. Hiking paths: Monte Bré, San Salvatore, Alpe Vicania - Morcote, Tamaro, Splash und SPA. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. , IMPORTANT NOTE: The Regional Hospital of Lugano (EOC) is only 300m away from the apartment.

Location Description Lugano

272 m a.s.l. >>Large, well-known town directly by the Lago di Lugano. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre. Lugano is celebrated for its congress, the banks, the businesses and also for its flowers, its villas and its moderate climate. Is has lush vegetation and beautiful landscapes. The mixture of the Italian atmosphere and Swiss efficiency is captivating. The historical town centre, which is pedestrian only is inviting with it's various arcades, museums, boutiques and restaurants. It is also a great place to sit, relax and watch the world go by. Good starting point for trips to: San Salvatore and the Mountain Bre (mountain railway) or towards the lake. Fete in October.

Das Appartement ist zwar etwas älter, aber sehr gepflegt. Ein riesen Highlight ist der Sitzplatz, welcher umgeben ist von Bäumen und Büschen und dadurch schön Schatten spendet. Es hat einen Gemeinschaftspool - eine ideale Abkühlung. Das Zentrum oder das Lido ist innert weniger Minuten gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Das Appartement ist zwar etwas älter und nicht 100%ig vollständig ausgestattet (Küche), aber sehr zentral in Lugano gelegen. Das absolute Highlight ist der eigene Sitzplatz, welcher von Bäumen und Büschen umgeben ist, was ein kühlenden Schatten abwirft. Das Zentrum wie auch das Lido sind innert wenigen Minuten gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in einigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir können die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen. Unsere Sommerferien waren ein absolutes Highlight.

Spokojne, zielone miejsce. Sypialnie i salon OK, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, Taras z dużym stołem bardzo przydatny do wspólnych spotkań o każdej porze dnia. Do starówki Lugano pieszo 10-15 minut, ale można podjechać autobusem "4", do ktorego można dojść w 5 minut.

Gartenwohnung mit undichten Fenstern und teilweise alten Möbeln. Gesamtzustand eher mangelhaft und etwas muffelig, dafür recht ruhig. Zentrum mit längerem Spaziergang gut zu erreichen.

Très joli appartement avec belle terrasse entourée d'arbres. Très calme. Bus à proximité- ligne 4 - vous amenant au bord du lac en passant par la gare. Seul bémol le magasin le plus proche est à 10-15 min de marche et le retour, chargé de commissions se fait sur une route montante.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schatttig, mit wenig direktem Sonnenlicht. Daher angenehm kühl im Sommer, jedoch mit dementsprechend feuchtem Luftkkima. Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Tolle Lage, 5min. mit Bus zum Bahnhof oder in 20min zu Fuss am See/Zentrum.

- Sehr alte, kleine Küche, alte Geschirrspühlmaschine, teilweise dreckiges Geschirr - Viel Spinnnetze und unzählige Mücken - Feuchte Wohnung, da im Parterre und keine direkte Sonne - Türen können nicht geschlossen werden da verzogen - Uralte Möbel, die Lehne der Stühle wackelt oder fällt weg, Sitzgruppe im Wohnzimmer und Fauteuils aus Stoff alt und unhygienisch - sehr unbequemes Doppelbett zum Ausziehen im 2. Schlafzimmer - Preis viel zu hoch für was geboten wird Positiv: Die Lage und Sitzplatz
